Great location, ideal for a short stay!

Apartment is in a great location and ideal for a short stay. We didn't use anything in the kitchen and ate out over our 2 day stay and didn't spend much time in the apartment. It was nice and cosy and easy to control temperature as it was very cold outside. I noticed comments about the shower being too small but it was ideal but the pressure was very low. We would book this apartment again as we are regulars to Prestwick. The duvet on the bed seemed very light, considering it was winter and very cold and we had to use the additional blankets provided. Great value for money and would visit again!

Incorrect key safe code provided - had to phone the owners who called us back quickly - thankfully it was resolved quickly and our car was briefly parked outside the apartment to unload as it was VERY cold. Shower pressure is very low - I'm glad I washed my hair before we left our own house as I would have struggled to rinse the shampoo/conditioner out as it was so bad.

Prestwick is a lovely place, the apartment not so much.

Lovely area and easy to get to the town

Apartment was not very clean. The floors turned our socks black within seconds, there was hair on the bedding and I don't think the spare bedding had even been washed. Tops of ledges/ light fittings were very dirty with thick dust/ grime. There were only 2 and 1/2 forks (the 1/2 was a child's fork with a broken handle) and 4 of us were staying there. The shelves could have something on them to make the space feel a little more homely and a little less dentist's waiting-room. It feels like the owner doesn't care and is just collecting the money.

Couldn't be better placed for central Prestwick

A perfectly central location for Prestwick. The way that the booking was handled was professional and easy.

I would have given a 10 if the local parking hadn't been in such short supply. To be fair though, there was a music festival in the town, and I expect that parking would have been simpler at other times.

Location great accomodation poor

The location was great really close to township and facilities we needed.It close to the station where we were able to catch a train into Troon and Glasgow. parking was available on the street. Shops and restaurants were close by and there were lots to choose from.

The property was disappointing, it appeared unclean, lots of dust, bench tops not clean etc. The bathroom , the shower door was unable to be closed properly and leaked water. Linen was old and discoloured. For some reason there was a lots of other Linen left drying in the bathroom. The small outdoor area was unkempt and with an empty pot plant full of cigarette butts.

Location,lovely apartment everything you could need was available,only spoke to owner over phone but very pleasant. Would certainly return and recommend.

Shower cubicle large enough but door opens at funny angle and makes getting in and out awkward. Kitchen cupboards and drawers could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Damp towels on rail in bathroom left there to dry leaving a slight musty smell on them

Good choice for families before an early flight from Prestwick.

Clean and comfortable, well equipped, easy to find. The instructions for the local taxi (Streamline) in the booklet provided was useful. We couldn't get a Bolt but the local taxi worked and was easy to book even for 5:30am. Our kids appreciated Netflix available on the tv,

The heating is programmable. The owner/staff could have set it up to make the apartment warm by our arrival (we did indicate when we'd come). 3 hours after our arrival it was still cold inside (heating is slow). It's an easy fix, I hope the owner learns from this mistake. We still recommend this place.
