Arran View

House was comfortable ,very homely and clean. Everything we needed for our stay. A wee thing of having kitchen roll in the kitchen would have been handy. The flat next door had a party on the sat night till abt 2am, just loud music. You can hear traffic as on a main road, windows open in front bedroo.as weather was fantastic... The entrance to flat driveway is tight so care needed, it can be difficult getting out as difficult to see what traffic was coming. This didn't spoil our stay, ideal base for exploring the local area.

The power shower in the en-suite was poor

Arran View is a top floor 2 bedroom flat which is on the main Ayr rd with plenty of parking space. The bedroom that faces the main rd has an en-suite toilet. There is also a large toilet down 5 stairs which has a bath and separate shower with a fabulous power shower. The kitchen is large with everything you require. The living room is very comfortable and warm with a table and chairs that sits at the bay window where you can sit and look over to the water to Troon. It is only a 2 min walk to Sainsbury's and Aldi. It is also close to the town ,cafes, golf courses and the beach front which has a play area for children with a cafe and toilets also.. Prestwick airport is also near by and takes only a few minutes to get there by car. The flat is very bright and comfortable plus communication with the host was excellent as always!! Don’t hesitate to book!!

Maybe due a freshen paint of skirting and doors. Needs new ironing board 😁
