Location and comfort
We needed to clean the fridge. The boiler could do with servicing as the quantity and pressure of the hot water was very low.

The view. The shower and kitchen. The bed and wardrobe. Good welcome package. Easy parking and access. Good heating. Well equipped. Useful tourist information
TV did not work. Bathroom hot tap defective. Hall light did not work. Seats uncomfortable for older people. Recycling procedures unclear. Paintwork needs renewing.
