Ideal apartment in a good location, very good value and perfect for our needs.

Good location for us attending a wedding nearby. Apartment was very suitable for our needs.

Only issue we had was that the iron in the apartment did not work, otherwise everything was great.

Cosy and welcoming property in a great location

The flat was a real home away from home. It was clean, well-equipped, comfortable and with lots of thoughtful touches, including welcome items and milk in the fridge. There was a cold snap while we were in Ayr, and we were so grateful to come back to a warm and cosy flat in the evenings. It's in a great location with on-site parking, only a short walk into town along the river. There were also stunning views of Arran's snow-capped peaks from the balcony. This property gave us everything we needed - it was such good value for money.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ideal location. Sitting looking out to the harbour was very relaxing. We visit Ayr twice yearly so I would definitely come back to this apartment.

A home away from home.

Host was kind enough to have the heating on for our arrival (evening in October so much appreciated!) we had everything you could need to grab a cuppa and settle in straight away. Flat is extremely spacious, can even get a morning workout completed with the lovely view out the French doors. Location was great for walking into town for a meal and drinks too.

We don’t have any complaints. The host provides lots of extras we don’t expect.

Convenient for Burns and Dumfries House

The view. The shower and kitchen. The bed and wardrobe. Good welcome package. Easy parking and access. Good heating. Well equipped. Useful tourist information

TV did not work. Bathroom hot tap defective. Hall light did not work. Seats uncomfortable for older people. Recycling procedures unclear. Paintwork needs renewing.

Truly excellent.

We had a lovely stay. It’s in a fantastic location, convenient for Ayr but very quiet. The view from the sitting-room and kitchen is captivating, the river ever-changing. The apartment is very well equipped. The double-bed was outstandingly comfortable and we slept really well. We’re already talking about another stay. Highly recommended. The pictures were taken from the apartment.

Fabulous stay and great base.

Just finishing our 3 night stay here. Apartment was fabulous, great location, good parking and really comfortable. My husband and son have played 3 rounds of golf whilst here and it's been an ideal base for us. Ive walked the dog along the beach. Would definitely return.

Best place to stay in Ayr

Great location, beautiful views and the wine and treats were a lovely surprise. We travel to Ayr every year to visit family and this apartment has to be our favourite stay. We look forward to booking again for our next trip

It's difficult to dislike anything but the pillows could be firmer, the beds were comfortable but the pillows gave everyone sore necks.

Fabulous location, very well-equipped throughout with extras of wine, crisps and teacakes - welcome on all accounts! Very comfortable, clean and a real home from home. We were down for the beach sprint championships so the perfect place to be with a host of who communicated so well! Thank you 🙏

A lovely stay in a warm, clean, comfortable home with everything needed available.

Particularly liked the big lounge and sofas where you could relax. The view out the window was good. On the stormy day you could see waves coming up the river from the sea. Watching the swans and birds was calming.

Perfect apartment right on the harbour. Spotlessly clean and great facilities. Apartment is really spacious and the beds are comfy 😊. Great location with easy access into town. 5 minutes walk over the bridge to pubs and restaurants. 10 minutes to the beach. Would highly recommend 👌

Gorgeous apartment overlooking the river, very clean and tastefully decorated, everything supplied that you would need - (toiletries, towels, iron, tea, coffee, etc). The personal touches were lovely, wouldn't think twice about staying again! Thank you so much

Was a nice apartment

The owner was turning gown the heating when we was putting it on cos we was cold as it was bad weather. Also after the stay was insinuating that we had cut a telephone wire and saying it was fine before we checked in. They had to call a BT engineer that was costing £200. Insinuating that we was lying and soon as I mentioned that they couldn’t have turned down the heating if the WiFi wasn’t working suddenly changed to that it was a fault with the router nothing to do with the cut wire. That in the picture they sent looks like it had been like that for a while. I think they was just trying to get more money out of us

Apartment right next to the river in a quiet area but only 5min walk from town centre and 2 min from the Aldi supermarket for supplies. Beautiful well equipped flat with small balcony. Beds comfy with spare blankets if needed. Large walk in shower and perfect kitchen.

What a beautiful apartment , very spacious and so comfortable and spottlessly clean , the view from the balacony was stunning especially with the sun shining also , such a lovely touch with complinentary wine , crackers and biscuits , i will definately be back again and ive also told my family about the place so they can also book in the future id highly reccommend the apartment
