In need of renovation
Good location, easy to access
The oven was so dirty that when I switched it on the entire living area filled with smoke and set the fire alarm off, like all the other apartments I’ve stayed in, in this block, the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation

Comfy and clean
Nice property - well furnished. Clean house and comfy beds!
Shower didn’t have a holder to put the shower head on so you had to hold it above your head

Great location and helpful customer service team
Great location and the team were lovely and helped with all of our queries. Lovely spacious flat.
Some small items would be useful to have as it is a self catering flat - such as a chopping board and salt/pepper.

It was ok but probably wouldn't book again.
Apartment nice enough. Location not really central.
We had to sit in the car park when we arrived. I didn't receive confirmation on the morning which I was informed I would have. If it hadn't been for a guy at the keysafe when I asked for help, he kindly helped. Blinds and toilet seat was broken too. It was also disappointing that I received a phone call a day before to pay for my dog, this should have been done at point of booking.
