It was a delight to have such a wonderful place to relax in while attending a wedding nearby.

The apartment is centrally situated close to all the amenities of Ayr town centre. The accommodation was spacious, well-furnished, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The reserved parking space at the rear of the building was particularly useful, as the apartment is situated on a one-way street with parking restrictions. The host, Brian, is very welcoming and helpful.

Was a great stay, highly recommend

The location was excellent in terms of being central to everything. The hosts were fabulous and met us on arrival to hand over the keys. The amenities were brilliant, two bedrooms and lounge and a kitchen with washing machine, a holiday home away from home.

This is totally out of the owners hands, but the street was a very busy street, and was quite noisy with traffic. This probably would have been fine, except Scotland had unusually extremely warm weather, so we had windows open to let in air, but it also let in noise.

Brian is a great host, very informative from the moment we booked, he had lots of great recommendations aswell which helped with two small children. the apartment was immaculate throughout and there are lots of little helpful things including milk, pop, biscuits and other bits left for when we arrived which was a lovely touch. great location, close to the beach, train station and supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again if we where in the area.
