Was a great place to stay with all the family including the dogs!!

The property was warm and welcoming. The kitchen /dining space was great for the family to get together and the upstairs lounge had great views of the sea.

There are a few repairs which are needed to paintwork and plaster in a number of areas to keep the property up to standard.

Despite the issues mentioned, the property worked well on this occasion but don't expect luxury!

The location of this property provided us with accommodation for a wedding at a local hotel. The rooms are of a good size and the 2 bathrooms meant that all eight of us could get ready the morning of the wedding. The large kitchen/living area was great to spend time as a family and the 2 dogs had easy access to the enclosed garden and it was also a very short walk to a super beach.

The property looks a lot better in the photographs and had it not been for previous reviews by other guests stating how tired the house looked then I would have been a little disappointed. The cleanliness was adequate, bathrooms clean and bedding good but on a closer inspection there were a few areas that need attention..blinds don't all work, toilet flush button loose in shower room, woodwork on kitchen /living room doors . The kitchen equipment is sparse but as we were only there for 2 nights we managed.

Great space in a great location.

The location was excellent-right by the beach and near lots of places to eat. Easy drive to tourist attractions. The space is great-it’s a lovely size with a nice terrace and garden.

Kitchen is not well appointed-plenty of crockery but very limited otherwise (no peeler or baking trays, only 2 sharp knives). Cleanliness hit and miss. No plastics for kids/outdoors.

the cleaning had not been done, dirty towels and beds in 3 out of 4 rooms. filthy bathroom, broken bed in one of the rooms.

Very spacious house, plenty of room but bring a frying pan!

Great location, back door and enclosed garden was lovely but there were only 3 chairs outside so all of our guests couldn't sit outside at once. Very spacious - great sized house! Shower pressure was great, and the little toiletries were very handy to have :) parking outside was ample - we were able to get 2 cars outside and 1 on the side street round the corner, handy when we had heavy bags to lift in!

The whole house was kind of run down, I understand the age of the house comes into play but a wee refurb and refreshing of painting/carpets may give it a bit more life. Kitchen could have been better kitted out ie. Some kitchen roll would have been good. One medium sized frying pan wasn't enough to make breakfast for everyone all at once. Blind in the single bedroom was broken. We could have really used instructions on how to set the timer for the heating, as it was we couldn't figure it out and we had to switch it on and off manually. Not good when it's 5:30am and it's freezing. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay in and we would probably book again (now we know to bring our own frying pans/kitchen roll/outside chairs)!

Thank You all so much...we had a wonderful stay. Only sorry we didn't get much time to spend in the house or Ayr itself as was there for a wedding...so we will be back soon.

Was lovely but stressed due to parking arrangements .

The location was amazing. Great space with plenty of room for us all.

Stairs to basement area no handrail. Furniture a bit shabby and decorative details tired. We arrived from 3 separate areas and did not know we would not be able to park anywhere near the house. Only 1 permit. Very stressful as we have a disabled guest in party. No reply from owners.

Fab stay for us lovely private enclosed garden plenty of room inside and loved the sunset views, 2 mins to the beach 10 mins to town.However it might not suit every visitor because it is a little lacking a few of the modern gadgets and gizmos.The charm is of a beautiful old house.Also Dommini support team were excellent.

Lovely property on the edge of Ayr town with stunning views

The location is fantastic, close to town, quiet and with lovely views. The property was a good size, it was nice and clean and with comfy beds and fresh bedding. The kitchen area is lovely with access to the garden which is really nice.

The house was very cold when we arrived, and it took a while to figure out the heating. The boiler was off and needed topping up. There could be extra lamps for lighting, especially in the living room, but not a major issue.

Awesome sea view and perfect family stay!

Sea Breeze is one of the best stays I had in Scotland. It's so well located that we could see the beach and enjoy our coffee/breakfast also back garden is so well maintained that my kids were just playing outside. Kitchen is well equipped so it helped us to cook homemade food.

Nothing to comment on the cons side.

Lovely house, needed a deep clean

Was close to local amenities no need to use car, lovely and quiet big garden for children to play in, bathroom nice and modern and option of bath and shower, parking infront of house but no space for second car so was a pain moving it around but was no problems in doing so.

Floors and kitchen sides were dirty, not enough chairs at table for all 8 of us to eat so 2 had to eat at the couch, not enough utensils in kitchen no masher, no small pan, only 1 tea spoon, no bin bags. Alot of drawers with nothing in difficult when cooking searching through. No radio or music we could play, only one tv which was broke when we got hear be nice to have a tv on bottom floor also, internet not staying on maintainence man fixed 1st time coming out but often once children in bed sitting down finding no internet so tv didnt work properly.

The location of the property was great and my grandsons enjoyed playing in the lovely garden

Was extremely dissapointed with the cleanliness of the property. Had to spend time cleaning before we could settle in. I was expecting a good level of cleanliness, especially as the website details how extra cleaning measures are in place due to covid. This was our first break following a long time at home so was sad that it did not live up to our expectations.
