Nice place but needs some TLC

Bathroom is getting quite tired, some black mould. The shower takes a while to heat up

Overall stay was good, good area etc, but I would say a bit overpriced and the property is overdue a deep clean and pain

Good area, nice and quiet, spacious enough for 5 people.

It definitely needs a clean and a paint, the bath had scum and hair in it, dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived.

Very loud Seagulls nesting nearby, skwalking 24hrs!! Busy carpark! Lighting on the stairwell wasn't working, which wasn't good late at night or early hours of the morning.

The flat was spacious,clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The TV and WiFi services were also good. The area was quiet and well located within walking distance to all the local amenities.

The matress was too soft for my husband. There was no dressing table or mirror in the bedrooms to do your hair/make-up.

Reslly nice apartment definitely a home away for a home. Great for family’s. Location is good lots to do with kids.

Only bad thing was the noise of the seagulls! But by the end of my stay I was used to it.

Lovely stay in beautiful, comfortable apartment

The properly was secure, clean, very comfortable, and we had a great stay. The beds were so comfortable, and we enjoyed the smart tv, which meant we could watch Netflix, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery, etc The kitchen also has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. The addition of washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen towel, was a good addition. When we were asked if there was anything to improve our first impressions at checkin, we advised that it would have been good to have dishwasher tablets. Amy was on the phone within 30 mins, and had them delivered. Great service!! 🥰

We had to call the staff about an issue with the boiler - but it really wasn’t a problem, as April was super helpful, and ended up sending maintenance to us, and resolved the issue. Thanks loads. 👍🏻🥰
