I wouldnt book again because of the carry on with the key .

The property was nice on first view untill i got into it .

I didnt like the going some-were else for key , i left my car and took train and i had a 2 year old with me so that really stressed me out it cost me more money in a taxi to go get key as it was a 20 min walk away that ruined the trip for me .

Nice apartment didn’t like the lack of personal touch very much a business and could tell. Wouldn’t book again.

It’s a lovely apartment.

Having to travel to another location for the key. The doors slam shut a bit unsafe for small children. Can opener didn’t work. Mattress cover didn’t cover the full bed so found yourself rolling off. The garage door was so noisy it woke us up every time someone used it. The building was very noisy in the wind,

Good location, spacious and comfy

The location was perfect. The property has lots of space and had everything we needed for our stay. Contactless key collection was easy and clear instructions were provided. Staff did contact to check all was ok by call and text. The beds were very comfy. It is located on the ground floor and parking was easy to find.

The kitchen could have been cleaner for our arrival. There were still marks on the worktop surfaces and cooker top. It wasn’t a problem for me but might be an issue for some. It was not explained in the listing that they charge a damages wavier of £30 or deposit of £300 before you can collect the keys. Again not a problem for me as we were out most of the time but the TV is not great. We thought the remote didn’t work but it did but was just very slow to respond.

Poor customer service

stayed for 2 nights at sea breeze. As per reported Incident the bench in the back garden broke when my niece sat on it. This resulted in her being hurt in the elbow , backside and back. Then it snapped my sister was standing beside her and this landed on her foot. 2 parties have been injured. I would like to raise this as A formal complaint. Overall we loved the house. However this severely impacted our stay which we paid a lot of money for. Donnini response was to say they do not accept any responsibility for the disrepair of their garden furniture 😡and they were very unhelpful Have now raised complaint with booking.com

Great location but too many issues. Would not book again.

Great location by the harbour and close to town.

Constant problems with heating and hot water and had to contact owner several times. No hot water for the first two days and no heating or hot water over the last few days. First time they responded and sent maintenance round to fix the boiler and said the pressure had dropped. Then no response at all to messages over the next few days. Sofas were really uncomfortable, like sitting on a brick. Very noisy outside every morning from the cranes opposite. Dishes and saucepans were dirty and we had to clean the oven and grill. Even though property is great location close to town, would not book this property again. Uncomfortable, noisy and freezing.

Would stay again, good sleep. Plenty going on outside. Close to amenities and beach.

Excellent location. All windows looked onto the harbour. Waverley Steamer parked outside window. Rowing club also having a workout. Our lucky day. Great view.

Dodgy bathroom door handle. Chipped paint at bedroom door handle. Small things but noticeable.

Good location, could do better.

Good location Lots of space after a few days in hotel rooms.

It could have been cleaner. Superficially clean but not the standard we expected. A bit more elbow grease please. A bit sparse on the essentials, no salt & pepper, cutlery was in need of a good wash, minuscule amount of washing up liquid. Small but important things.

we really enjoyed our stay, it was in a good location for us.

There was a few minor glitches that I’ve have mentioned to the management team but none that would prevent me from staying here again and I would hope they are now sorted anyway.

Break away in Ayr

Plenty of space, nice modern feel. Comfy beds. Clean.

If I'm being picky, the couches were really uncomfortable to sit on. The heating system was really noisy. The windows were really filthy on the outside. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom.

Good location, great decoration

The apartment is in a great location next to the beach and a short walk from the town. It was very clean and has clearly been recently refit with a new kitchen and bathroom. The beds are comfy. It was a good place to stay for a couple of nights. Communication with the host was also excellent.

The sofas aren’t very sturdy, and looked like they may collapse in the legs. The blinds were also a bit temperamental and wouldn’t stay up.
