The location was perfect. The property has lots of space and had everything we needed for our stay. Contactless key collection was easy and clear instructions were provided. Staff did contact to check all was ok by call and text. The beds were very comfy. It is located on the ground floor and parking was easy to find.
The kitchen could have been cleaner for our arrival. There were still marks on the worktop surfaces and cooker top.
It wasn’t a problem for me but might be an issue for some. It was not explained in the listing that they charge a damages wavier of £30 or deposit of £300 before you can collect the keys.
Again not a problem for me as we were out most of the time but the TV is not great. We thought the remote didn’t work but it did but was just very slow to respond.

Excellent location. All windows looked onto the harbour. Waverley Steamer parked outside window. Rowing club also having a workout. Our lucky day. Great view.
Dodgy bathroom door handle. Chipped paint at bedroom door handle. Small things but noticeable.

Good location
Lots of space after a few days in hotel rooms.
It could have been cleaner. Superficially clean but not the standard we expected. A bit more elbow grease please.
A bit sparse on the essentials, no salt & pepper, cutlery was in need of a good wash, minuscule amount of washing up liquid. Small but important things.

The property was nice on first view untill i got into it .
I didnt like the going some-were else for key , i left my car and took train and i had a 2 year old with me so that really stressed me out it cost me more money in a taxi to go get key as it was a 20 min walk away that ruined the trip for me .
