A great stay for a family

It was great living in a home, very tidy and great stay. Would like to stay there again in the future.

The tap in the kitchen was damaged, some dishes were still dirty (maybe from previous people who stayed) & the main bed wasn't super comfortable.

Comfortable and relaxing just like the pictures

The house was very comfy table, easy to find and decor was lovely, the enclosed garden was great for our dogs and the suggestion of The Fox and Willow was lovely the food was great. I’d love to return and see more of Ayr and the surrounding area.

The key safe is a bit too low so trickier to access. I loved the fact you could take the dogs but worry for the cream carpets if it was a wet day and the dogs took mud in it could be tricky to keep clean, our visit was dry thank goodness.

Quiet Location

Trying to explain (several times)to Booking rep on the phone that we did not receive the lock box pin. To this day we still havent via email or by the app. Very annoying after a twenty hour flight. Then asking if we wanted to cancel our booking was really rubbing salt into the wound. 'Booking' needs to include a way to verify that the pin has been received.

OK for a few nights but this property isn’t very well maintained

Good Wi-fi, house was reasonably clean

I’ve asked repeatedly for an invoice, was initially told I would get it this week, now they’re saying I need to contact booking.com. No dish clothes, washing up liquid etc supplied. Bed is on a metal frame that creaks all the time, and not very comfortable. No curtains, only blinds. Windows sticking in frames to difficult to open/close Furniture in general is very cheap, dishes etc are plastic.
