Excellent location for what we required, and there was plenty of room for our entire party (four adults, two children). Our children enjoyed the garden space and the bunk beds in the third bedroom. Having two toilets was a godsend, and there was ample seating for all of us. The WiFi and entertainment (TV) was much appreciated, and the accomodation was clean and well presented. Had to contact the host about a minor issue and they replied very promptly.
Only having one key between four adults was a bit tricky. Instructions for the use of the cooker would have been helpful as the stickers were really faded. Maybe a welcome pack explaining the appliances and which cupboards we were allowed into (some of them were marked "do not enter") and where spare towels etc. were located. Some storage for the twin bedroom would have been useful. There were only four mugs in the kitchen for six bodies, so an inventory of the kitchen might be an idea.

The property was spot on for location and size.
Couldn’t turn off the heating, which in Scotland in April you would think you would need. Opened a few windows and got good old fresh air. The property overall was clean just let down by cobwebs in the dining area. Personally could have done with an iron and board as we were working at the race course and could have done with freshening up shirts etc.
I had the double room and found the bed a little hard for my old bones.
It’s perfect for what we need. I am about to book it again for June.

Keys were very easy to collect from the lock box outside, off road parking was a bonus. The property was in a fantatsic location for what we needed, with very easy access to everything.
The property was not cleaned to a very good standard, which is a shame as the location and price were great.
