I would use "Coorie Doon" again.

Location was really good. Close to the centre of the town.

Because the weather was very windy, every window let draughts blow in making the flat cold. Would recommend resealing or replacing them.

Perfect for exploring Ayr and the coastline

Location was excellent. The facilities were also very good.

We didn’t have a car and it was a short walk to the town centre. Not far and we knew that when we booked so no problem.

The view from the apartment was amazing. Apartment was very comfortable. We were met and handed the keys right away.

There were no supplies in the apartment, no cleaning supplies, no paper towels, no waste bags, no shampoo, nothing in the fridge like a bottle of milk, or biscuits. We had to ask to change the linens after we had stayed there for 10 days. They wanted to charge us 60 pounds stirling to have the apartment cleaned. The local bus did not run in the evenings. Had to take taxis to get into town.

V tastefully decorated, lovely view, key lady made entry very easy by texting when the flat was ready.

Squeaky floorboards, late entry (4 o’clock) and early departure (10 o’clock). Key lady fortunately let us in early.

Great decor, fab view, nice flat.

Super wee flat - really nicely decorated. The shower was fab! Everything you could need really. The chap in the shop downstairs where the keys are collected from is really lovely too.

The beds, though I'm sure they'd be great for some, none of us got a good night's sleep, but I think that's because we have such good beds at home. Sprung mattresses feel like you're sleeping on a trampoline, so it's not a complaint, merely an observation. The contact with the owner wasn't great - it took ages for anyone to get back to me, which was a concern, but it all turned out fine, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great couple of days in Ayr

Location was Great,the view was very good and having the small balcony was a bonus . The Apartment was very spacious and clean. The shop Ocean Stores was very handy and the staff were very friendly.Would definately return.

Great place for a relaxing weekend in a comfortable seafront apartment

Great location, close to the seafront with lots of good places to visit on foot. The apartment was comfortable and kitted out to a high spec. The arrangements for collecting keys we’re simple and very effective - the people in the ground floor shop from whom we collected the keys were both very welcoming and provided useful advice.

The only downside across the whole weekend was one evening when some youngsters decided to `’share” their car stereo music. However this did not last troo long or too late, and we always had the option to close the balcony doors to reduce the unwanted sounds.

Balcony view, well-equipped kitchen, main bedroom, shower.

No towel rails anywhere. Second bedroom unsatisfactory - no room for bedside table, no reading lamp, no drawers, no chair: far too crowded by 2nd bed. Kitchen needs drying rack for dishes. No information provided about the appliances, arrangements for recycling, or any tourist information. Most properties have a folder of useful information - this had nothing.

We had a very enjoyable stay and were fortunate enough to see The Waverley paddle steamer exiting the harbour just a few

The location is stunning and the apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable

We have a problem getting access as shopkeeper downstairs who holds the keys on behalf of the owner, left with the keys in his pocket and we were 2 hours late in getting access. We were however given another apartment to wait in until he returned so the owner did all he could do to help.

Brilliant quiet flat

Loved the quiet location and view of the beach. The flat was well set out for 3 adults or for a family stay. Was impressed with not just the decor but by the added extras. Felt like a home from home. Already got the diary out to book my next stay so does my mum and friend we will definitely be regular visitors.

Wow - Too class

Outstanding - the decor is first class, location is excellent. Good size balcony with views across to Arran & Ailsa Craig. Unfortunately it was a little cold to spend much time outside but we will be back in the nicer weather.
