Nice appartment vith sea view

The apartment is located on the first floor of an older multi-unit building without an elevator. It is spacious and clean, and offers free parking in the courtyard. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be joined together, and another with a double bed, which is separated from the living area by hanging curtains. The living room is large, with a TV, a comfortable sofa, and a small dining table for four. The apartment also features a spacious bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and a washing machine. From the living room, there is a beautiful view of the sea

If you do laundry in the washing machine provided in the apartment, it's quite difficult to dry your clothes afterwards, as there is no dryer or even a drying rack. Some things in the apartment could use minor repairs – for example, the cutlery drawer in the kitchen was broken, the freezer was heavily frosted over, making it impossible to open the drawers, and in the living room, we removed the seat cushions from the sofa while searching for a lost item and noticed the inside of the seating area hadn’t been cleaned. That said, these are minor issues. Overall, the apartment was nice and clean. The only thing we felt was a bit off was the price of €175 per night, which seemed slightly high. During our stay in Scotland, we stayed in newer three-bedroom apartments for around €70 less per night. But of course, pricing is subjective, and it’s up to each individual to decide how much they’re willing to pay for a particular accommodation.

Fantastic location, quick and easy access to beach walks and also close to lovely restaurants and shops, yet being in a residential square it was very quiet at night.

Great communication with owner emailed very quickly. Close to the beach Good location, good places to eat nearby we went to the Italian at the end of the Rd was lovely. OK for a short stay was tidy and clean, free WiFi, ideal for location plenty around to see and do. Was cheap accommodation for a weekend away.

Bedroom with double bed had no proper door they were sliding screens and was directly next to front room so not really ideal for couples sharing but OK for a family. Bathroom door didn't shut properly or lock Smelling weed from downstairs. No good for people with mobility issues as a few stairs to climb but that didn't bother us.

location is very good, a very short walk to the beach and shops, flat was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, the private parking was good

a few minor snags eg. the blind in double bedroom didnt seem to work, pedal bin in shower room broken, double bed seemed a bit lumpy, but nothing significant

Location was excellent very close to both the beach and shops. The apartment was very spacious and furnished with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Thought when I booked the apartment it was on the ground floor but it was on the first floor with a steep set of stairs to reach it.

It was self carting made our own breakfast but if you had to go out plenty breakfast places to eat from less than a 5min walk away weatherspoons is just at top of the street found a lovely cafe below Ayr Indian all home made baking and it’s wright on beach

Lovely apartment- easy to check in, private parking is available, comfy beds, warm, modern looking apartment, close to the beach.

There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower Towels were ok (new ones needed) No coffee/tea in the kitchen There is a washing machine but cant be used? Smell of weed

Location was brilliant, just minutes from the beach and city centre. Apartment was very spacious and had everything yu needed for your stay. Also lisbeth was just a phonecall away if yu had any problems.

Only difficulty we had to face was the stairs as there's two flights from back door where car was parked but only one from front door. Although for younger couples it would be OK.
