Would not stay again.

Clear instructions to find keysafe and enter code. Great location for apartment and easy off street parking with plenty of spaces. Clear instructions for appliances.

It was filthy. The carpets and walls were disgusting. I found an old stale piece of toast under the sofa when retrieving my sons toy (thankfully before he found it). The bathroom wall had paint/plaster peeling off into the bath where we had to bathe the children. The carpets were pulling away at the thresholds leaving the sharp barbs exposed to be stood on. The chair in the master bedroom was broken. Beds springy, noisy and uncomfortable. Half of the baking sheets were dirty with food or the non-stick was peeling off. 4 of the kitchen lights were not working. Had to contact the management company to be able to open any windows (they were very prompt in replying at least).

It could have been cleaner. Carpets were dirty. The shower en suite was showing signs of age and needs maintenance with slight mould on silicon seals. Water ingress appears in lounge and bathrooms.

Great ground floor apartment with easy check in and out.

The property was well laid out with nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. The communication was brilliant and at hand if you needed anything.

One of the beds definitely needed a new mattress.

Total waste of money, most uncomfortable stay ever!

Everything! This apartment needs a complete makeover. The mattresses are extremely worn with fraying material, sags and broken springs. The living room chair is missing a bolt,as well as the dining chairs. The dining chairs I was able to hand tighten the bolts though.

Location and parking was a bonus.

There wasn't enough cutlery for the number of guests and the bathroom has either been badly painted or not painted enough. The bath is very dated and the windows in the bedrooms couldn't be opened.

This property on first glance looks lovely its once in you realise it really needs some tlc Whilst what I’m about to write didn’t spoil our stay it was a tad disappointing and a bit shocked that it’s let out with out being checked a bit more carefully The entrance to the main room and one bedroom the carpet isn’t under the runner (you can actually see the underlay) and that is a trip hazzard that’s also the same where the lino meets the carpet in the living area I actually caught my foot in it and tripped head first into the seating area The toilet seat is loose in the bathroom The light above sink in en-suite doesn’t work The table is so wobbly you have a job to eat at it and the chairs all need the screws tightening up as they’re wobbly as well The window in the bedroom is loose so when you open it it moves in the frame The cupboard door in the kitchen needs the screws tightening it’s dropped so doesn’t shut properly There’s a grim looking stain on the arm chair and several more on the rug In the pictures it looks like the bedrooms have lamps there’s one in one room none in the other only light switch over by the door One window sill very dirty as is top of the fridge The walls in several areas are either dirty or the paints missing All of these things could be easily rectified hence why I’ve been honest and mentioned them because it’s letting down an otherwise nice apartment Which we enjoyed our stay In
