    I found the hotel cheaper at a later date than when I booked, however the location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the decor is very dated. If you’re dragging heavy suitcases it’s very convenient and visible when you get off the train. Breakfast is very basic .

    Directly opposite the train station but had to carry our heavy luggages across the bridge made of steps. Booked a double room with patio but upon arrival elderly lady staff gave us a double room without patio which is dark & smelly. Had to go back to reception & she said Agoda did not inform them to reserve a double with patio & insisted we call up Agoda to sort this up. We stood to wait & finally another male staff gave us our booked room but the room had no window & said hotel was fully booked. Wardrobe key cannot open & had to wait a day later to be able to access it. No free mineral water, no slippers, no kettle & no cofee or tea. Shower was strong & room clean. Bedsheet cover could be softer. I will try other hotels on the same side as train station if I come back to Venice but will not book this hotel again.
