Location is great - away from crowd areas. Room and toilet were suuuuper clean. Nina and receptionist (my bad I don’t remember her name) were super friendly.

This is a fantastic stay in Venice! So close to the train station, it's easy to get here and drop your luggage without having to lug it through complex streets or multiple bridges. Great hosts, Rinata was at the desk when I checked in and gave me some fantastic aperitivo and lunch / dinner recommendations! The room was the perfect size for my friend and I, with a great bathroom.

Absolutely quiet, not a sound from the outside. Convenient walk to the train station and to the tourist activities. Lovely bakery around the corner.
