Located directly across from St Lucia Railway station in the Grand Canal. Within walking distance to everything. The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and happy. The hotel and rooms were air conditioned ( which was essential in a heat wave!) and big enough to be comfortable. Bed was good too. Breakfast was also good and varied. We would definitely rebooking if we come back to Venice.
The elevator was out of service. Just one of those things out of anyone’s control.
