The hotel is situated close to the city entrance (bus, train) and vaporetto station Ferrovia. Albergo Marin is a small hotel with a very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms. The hotel room was clean with a renovated bathroom. Since we arrived in Venice almost two hours earlier, we checked in, left a suitcase at the hotel and enjoyed the city. The receptionist also gave us a lot of useful information about the city during the check-in.

It was easy to find the hotel and they gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. The outside of the wasn’t very attractive but the inside was nice and modern and comfortable. Nice part of town
The stairs in the apartment were steep and quite hard to get large bags up

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Couldn't do enough. The location is 5 minutes from the railway station which is on the bank of the Grand Canal. Extra, is that you are away from the more crowded parts of Venice but still with restaurants etc on your back door.

Location and easy from train station was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Room was small, TV did not work, bed was a stretcher bed and the shower heads did not work properly.
