Hotel Santa Lucia

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and should say it’s a very good value for money! The best thing is the location! The hotel is 5 min walk from the main railway station, however, it’s on a very quiet street with no tourist noise. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable, the communication is polite and positive. The room was clean all the days and breakfasts were good and nourishing. You have to share a bathroom with other guests from 2 rooms but it’s nothing to worry about as it’s very close to all the rooms and there’re not more than 2 or 3 people in them. The bed was comfortable and there’s also a kettle and some dishes in rooms.

Nothing

Superb place to stay, really enjoyed my stay. PERFECT location- near train st, airport buses and rest of Venice without having to carry your suitcases across numerous staircases! The guys running this place were fabulous- kind, respectful and helpful. Thank you also for sending a message to my WhatsApp with with relevant information about who would be available upon checking in- this was a nice touch, thank you. Breakfast was great too and cheaper than anywhere else! The neighbours cat that visited was also a highlight!

Location is perfect. A short walk from the train station. Very accessible and easy check in process

Just overall quite outdated

Wonderful, friendly staff. Great location.
