Near the train station, huge room and free storage space. :)
    8.4 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Hotel Agli Artisti is very close to the station and easy to access, but the lift is extremely small and fits only one person with a medium suitcase, which made it challenging for us with kids and luggage. The room was okay, though dust was visible around the lights and walls, and the beds were basic folding beds that made the space tight for four people. The old AC worked but was difficult to adjust, while the bathroom was large and clean, though an exhaust fan, bigger mirrors, and more hooks for clothes and towels would make it more comfortable. Breakfast was included, but the area is congested with limited seating, so you must choose a time slot in advance for the staff to arrange a table. The staff were welcoming and friendly, though English communication at reception was a bit difficult. We had to keep the doors closed due to mosquitoes and use the repellent provided, and when the kids dropped biscuit pieces, ants appeared quickly across the floor. The breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day, and overall the stay was fine for two nights since we spent most of our time exploring Venice.

Blood on the walls, clogged A/C, room filled with mosquitos and a couple recluse spiders. Shower kept losing hot water and the handle area burns you, sticky floors, and a sewage smell in the bathroom. Luggage storage is just a room anyone can enter and take luggage from. No bar/pool like listed. No fridge/mini fridge. For $*** a night mine did not include Breakfast either. Room was disgustingly dirty and looks nothing like their photos.

...but not for those who value a in-room bathroom
