    Really friendly staff, great location so you don’t have to drag your cases over too many bridges. Basic clean rooms and decent breakfast. Great value for money in Venice. 2nd visit and will return.

    Nice compact hotel very near to the central Venice station. Recommended for staying here. Request the hotel to provide more vegetarian breakfast options as even the bread had eggs and we could only eat cornflakes, cereals .

    Our stay was unfortunately disappointing\. The room was extremely small, and the shower was so tiny that it was difficult to use comfortably\. We stayed on the top floor, and for part of our stay the water wasn’t working, which was a major inconvenience\. The breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited options and not much variety\. The only highlight of breakfast was the excellent coffee\. Overall, the location may be convenient, but the small rooms, water issues, and lackluster breakfast made it hard to recommend this hotel\.

    Overall this place will serve what it needs to in that it is a ok place to sleep for a reasonable price. Initially the three minute walk from the train station to the hotel was amazing! However, the walk from the hotel to the main attractions and a bulk of restaurants is around 35 minutes, which gets old incredibly quickly and we wished we had booked someplace around half way onto the island. We also woke up in the middle of the night to find that our room was also home to a swarm of ants that must live somewhere in the walls (they were a consistent problem our entire stay). The breakfast was actually quite nice as it has a variety of options to easily make it to lunch and completely free. A lot of reviews state the staff are short or even rude, we never encountered this problem, they were all quite pleasant and helpful. My recommendation is if you are only staying in Venice for a night or two MAX... This hotel can be a reasonable option for a TIGHT BUDGET. But, if you are going to spend the extra to get your own bathroom and the works... Just do yourself a favor and book an AirBNB or another hotel further inland, you won't regret it.
