    Located near the train station so it’s possible to drag your luggage to the hotel (note Venice’s uneven stone roads). Try to get low floors if you have luggage as they do not have lifts. The staff who did our check in was abit rude and threw our passports back on the table when handling it back to us, instead of passing to us directly. We mistakenly asked for higher floors wanting a view but forgetting they might not have stairs, and staff was smirking when telling us we requested high floor so we’re on the highest floor, as if knowing we will have to lug our luggage’s up four floors. Didn’t even offer any bit of help. Overall the check in was bad because of the staff. However, on other times the rest of the staff were friendly.

    Giovanni and all the staff were fantastic the bed was comfortable everything was so clean and breakfast was sufficient. Definitely worth a repeat in the future

    The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient location. The hotel has no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Overall is good.
