Location near the station so you don’t need to walk a long distance with luggage. The staff were great and it was very clean. We had a beautiful view over the grand canal

Lovely staff, on the canal with lovely bars and restaurants on our doorstep, in a nice neighbourhood and convenient location.
There was only one curtain on each window instead of a pair on each, so you couldn’t draw them. There were some marks on the ceiling above the bed. It felt generally less luxurious and beautiful than we’d imagined for the price and pictures. The breakfast was terrible so we didn’t even have it.
