    We arrived at around 10pm. Thankfully there were still people in the counter. They checked us in and even upgraded our room to a suite. The place surprisingly had an elevator, something that's rare in venezian accomodations. We went up to our new room. It was a huge victorian looking room with a modern bathroom. Aircon is kinda old and weak, but it did it's job. Checkout was smooth and we got to leave our bags in the lobby so we can explore Venice light. Wish they had a proper or more secure area for leaving luggage, but we got our luggage back no problems. Location is very close to the main stations and great value. The new proprieter or owner told us that the place is now under new management and improvements were made only half a month ago. Thank you to Nas for the room upgrade and accomodating us late at night. Lovely staff.

    Das Zimmer war sehr schön, besonders die Dachterrasse war toll um nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing- Tag noch ein bisschen zu entspannen. Lage top und Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

    I had a booking for 2 rooms. when we got to another hotel where you are supposed to check-in, the staff initially said they can not see my reservation, then later said it was only for 1 room. When I showed them my reservation number and emails...they referred me to their manager and he then offered me to be housed in an apartment. We had no choice but to agree. We were transferred near the bus stop area which was eventually fine for us as we will be using it for transport to venice airport. No facilities, roos were big and spacious including the bathrooms. there was a common area to eat. They should have been aware of the booking before we were even there though

    Hotel location is good . Nearer to the main railway station Venice SM Offical Check-in time is 3pm , but hotel failed to allot the room and delayed . Post completing the check-in and while entering room noted that room cleaning workers are inside room and cleaning the room Further , once reaches to hotel for check-in , some one ask to going to the "Hotel Canal" to complete the check-in and check-out process . Staff bit rude . So try this hotel at your risk ...
