En cuanto el servicio de recepción fue pésimo por parte de la empleada, necesita un curso de atenció

La atención de la recepcionista deja que desear ya que te habla de forma grosera y te dice las cosas sin fijarse si son ciertas, el de el turno de la noche el trato fue bueno

1.Pidieran anticipo fuera de la app para que nuestra reserva si fuera valida cuando con anticipación se comento el horario en que llegaríamos. 2.Solo se contaba con pago en efectivo. 3.No se dejó amenidades suficientes para las personas que se indicaron que se iban a hospedar. 4.Piden deposito de 100 pesos para darte el control de la tv. 5.Todo se escucha atraves de las paredes y en el pasillo, de afuera hacia adentro y viceversa. 6.El wifi no llega bien a las habitaciones,almenos en mi caso

Es un lugar viejo, si, pero de esos lugares mágicos que te invitan a estar a gusto en su historia. Está tremendamente limpio, huele fresco, las habitaciones son aireadas y los baños siempre tienen agua caliente. El personal es adorable y muy servicial, además la ubicación es excelente e inmejorable.

Solo el color verde de la habitación me saltó, porque el azulejo que tiene en casa detalle es hermoso y le da mucha vida al lugar.

Me agradó mucho mi estancia en el hotel.

Las instalaciones están cómodas y respetaron mi reserva aún cuando avisé que llegaría tarde.

Que cuando llovió mucho se metió el agua al cuarto pero el personal fué muy amable al secar el piso. Cuando se les avisó.
