The hotel and room were clean and comfortable with helpful and attentive staff. I arrived early and was allowed to check in to my room early at no extra cost. Great location.

Decor is a bit dated. My reservation said ‘city view’ but I had a view of the inner courtyard/other peoples’ windows. The room was quite low on natural light and could also have benefitted from some softer lighting, such as reading lamps.

There was a bus outside the hotel at 3 am that made a lot of noise. It seemed like it was waiting for people to board but it stayed there for a long time

Hotel,Maria Victoria...Worth a return visit.

The room was clean and comfortable.Location was excellent,a short walk from the main plaza.Breakfast was very good value at 100 pesos and was served from 7.00 A.M.,ideal as I was taking an early bus.Juan in the dining room was very helpful.
