Had a great stay here, definitely recommended!

The location is great, only 1 street away from the main square and park. The staff were friendly and helpfull and available all the time. The rooms are clean and refreshed every day. There's a nice outside chill area and the end of the doorway .(atleast on the floor we stayed) I would stay here again!

Hotel clean and close to the city center

It is clean and the room was quite large. Very good position close to the city center. Good breakfast even if the room dedicated is small.

There was any blanket in the room and neither the remote control of A.C. Staff is nice but nobody speak English. The window of the room was always left open after daily cleaning.

Rooms were great, 10 out of 10. Food and kitchen service was a solid 5 out of 10.

I like how clean it was and the bathroom had clean towels with amenities.

The breakfast included was not good. The coffee served was not tasty at all and they didn’t even have milk to offer. They could offer milk even if it has an extra charge and I would recommend investing in a better breakfast service.

Good Location and value for money with parking.

This is a functional hotel. The staff are helpful and accommodating.

The double rooms are very dark and look out onto a brick wall. Shower was with very bad water pressure.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Close to the center of town.

It was a little cold in the room, but it was a cold night. Some little ants also were in the room.

Superb

Perfect place to stay, a bit set back from traffic, just the right size, neither to big nor to small. Seems to be in nee status, very well maintained. Tasteful furniture, fits the tone not only in the room but all facilities. My toom had Windows, but it seems most are without. Cable TV snd good WiFi.

They allow dogs, and some barking disturbed me.

GEORGE WAS AMAZING, the first night was rough. He made EVERYTHING RIGHT:) The hotel has a modern physique, minimalistic, cute, clean. Breakfast Americano or Mexican included. Pet friendly:) Good location Good neighborhood close to all

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Xalapa Centro!

We loved everything about the Majova Inn Xalapa! Superb Boutique Hotel, great quiet location, easily walkable and inexpensive taxis everywhere. The check in was so easy. We were greeted by Jorge, who speaks perfect Spanish & English. Our rooms were exceptional! They were huge & recently redecorated beautifully, as is the entire hotel. New bathrooms with strong hot water showers & air conditioning were a big advantage. I do not know anything that they could have done more for us! We were treated like family! This is the BEST hotel in the world, in my opinion!

Not a single thing was a negative for me! The Majova Inn Xalapa is perfection & constantly being sanitized & cleaned throughout the day.

NO CUMPLE LO QUE OFRECEN

Muy mal, desayuno ofrecen huevos con chorizo, a la mexicana y no tenían chorizo, tomates, cebolla, literalmente silo huevo con frijoles fríos, solo te dan 2 tortillas y un omelette de jamón con queso pues no tienen queso.... es decir no tienen nada, para qué ofrecen desayuno si no tienen nada... pésimo!

Baño con medio rollo de papel, no existe tanta privacidad, ladridos de perro de una habitación, se escucha hasta cuando van al baño las habitaciones contiguas. La verdad por el precio se esperaba más, que triste que ofrezcan un servicio así a lis turistas

la cama estaba comoda

no me agradó la atención del personal,el chico del turno nocturno un poco pedante,y no advierten q el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y si sales corres el riesgo de no encontrar lugar,por lo q dejé el auto en la calle.Adicional se escucha mucho ruido de las demás habitaciones y de la calle.

Estuvo sabroso el desayuno y las opciones variadas.

El restaurante permanece cerrado por la noche. A la hora que llegamos al hotel, aproximadamente a las 20 hrs, tuvimos que salir a cenar a otro lugar.

fuimos 4 persona y en la habitacion no hubo suficiente papel, ni jabón, y la botella de agua debe ser para 4 personas y solo hubo 1, aun despues de el servicio de limpieza ya no hubo mas agua

Xalapa: descaso y buen cafe.

La atención del personal desde la recepción hasta el comedor. Y sin problema me permitieron dejar el equipaje, hasta que fuera del check- in.

Está en excelentes condiciones, el personal muy amable y la ubicación muy buena, el desayuno estuvo rico.

Solo por Mencionar algo, Hizo mucho frío y las cobijas no me fueron suficientes (pero es subjetivo, no estamos acostumbrados al frío y tampoco pedimos más cobijas, seguro nos las daban)

El alojamiento está muy limpio y bien cuidado. Lo único incómodo fue que en la habitación 2 la regadera no avienta mucha agua porque se calcificó el agua, a la llave del lavamanos le podrían poner una extensión porque no se pueden lavar bien las manos y recomiendo una luz blanca en algún punto de la habitación para verse bien en el espejo

El desayuno extra es económico porque el que se supone viene con la reservación no te es suficiente

No tiene elevador, la puerta del baño no servía por lo tanto toda la noche se salía el olor del baño a la habitación.
