Cute, comfortable, cozy, and well situated hotel.

Very cure hotel, decently located. Room was sufficient, clean, modern, nicely decorated, with a nice bathroom.

I thought I was getting the room with a balcony and a view. Instead I was given a lower floor room, with neither. The rooms shown in the photos are not even available for booking. which is misleading at best.

There is no a/c but during the time I was there it was not needed. I don’t know about other times of the year. I was here in late June early July.

Todo en general ....la cordialidad de la persona que nos atendió en todos los aspectos...quede más que satisfecha lo recomiendo ampliamente cuando vengan a Xalapa de verdad que esta estancia es lo mejor todo está cerca y en realidad es súper tranquilo y relajante vale mucho la pena hospedarse aquí ..

Un acogedora estancia en el centro de Xalapa

El personal tiene una excelente actitud, siempre atento a las necesidades del huésped. El espacio tiene todo lo básico para una estancia cómoda y el baño es muy amplio, aparte de que el lugar tiene una super ubicación.
