Location is good, central and close to many attractions. Great views of the Pico de Orizaba Staff was great when I wanted to swap one of the rooms

The location provided access to many popular attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and someone served your meal and drinks. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The parking garage a few doors down was a safe place for our vehicle.

We booked a deluxe double bedroom and we were given a room with two twin beds. This may have been because of having a pet, but we paid extra for a nicer room, which was not offered back to us. The rooms on the street side were very noisy with the traffic and the wings restaurant next door.

It is a good hotel with free parking close to the city centre (10 minutes by walk). There are several nice restaurants and cafes around. Nice view onto the city through full wall window. The breakfast was excellent.

Perfect view overlooking Xalapa. Concierge attendant was amazing knowledgeable and hospitable. Staff was kind.location and price was great. The balcony was breathtaking.

The attention From the staff and the location of the hotel.

From inside your room, you can hear what's happening in the hallway and even the tv from the next room. Also even though the staff was super friendly, there was one male receptionist that looked like he didn't wanted to do his job and he wasn't being acertive nor empathic.

El hotel se anuncia como amigable con las mascotas, lo que no informa es que debe ser una mascota de hasta 15 kilos y que se cobrará $600.00 mnx. por noche. El hotel tiene el derecho a fijar sus condiciones pero también tiene la obligación de informar de aquellas para que el cliente lo considere antes de hacer su reserva.

La amabilidad del personal.

El cuarto que nos proporcionaron estaba muy escondido, mucha humedad, el baño estaba enfrente de la cama provocaba mas humedad, llegando encontré dos chinches, solo las mate. La regadera tiene muy poca salida de agua y no se templa bien, cae para todos lados es muy pequeña.
