The internet was NOT excellent like someone posted. It was just barely working. My win10 laptop kept warning me that the WiFi security was poor.

Enjoyable, well-located, value for money hotel

Very friendly, well-run hotel. Rates particularly highly in terms of value for money. Located uphill, near the top of one of the streets that goes down into the city centre. The location also means that it is a relatively short (uphill, again!) walk to the city's main tourist attraction, the Anthropological Museum. Excellent wifi Excellent café/juice bar next to the hotel for breakfast/brunch.

I am a light sleeper, yet slept well in this hotel. Nevertheless, the design of the hotel means that noise could easily be an issue. My ground/first floor room looked into the next room through a window that overlooks an open shaft above the property's carpark. It can be noisy when cars and motorbikes enter the carpark, and any music or talking seems to be amplified up to the room. Similarly, the corridor leading to the guest rooms from the check-in desk is like a tiled echo chamber.

Un lugar muy cómodo, yo no soy de Xalapa, desconocía la zona, está en la zona de mercados. Es un espacio muy limpio y agradable. Económico: cuenta con los espacios y mobiliario de calidad. El personal 10/10 muy amable.

No cuentan con aire acondicionado y tuve que abrir la ventana, lo que propicio que se escuchará todo lo de afuera, y no sé si eran otros huéspedes pero hablaban muy alto y no me dejaron descansar.

Bueno pero sin agua caliente para asearse.

Me tocó la habitación 114 y el agua caliente nunca salió. Salí a preguntar y me dijeron que tardaba en obtenerse pero honestamente ya había tenido abierta la llave por 10 min tirando, lo cual se me hace un desperdicio innecesario y más en estos tiempos donde hay lugares donde el agua no se obtiene fácilmente. Mi sugerencia es revisen esta situación porque no considero que sea únicamente para esta habitación, seamos empaticos con el medio ambiente (y ni intentar bañase con el agua como salía pues estaba helada).

Bien para un par de noches en Xalapa

La habitación era grande y se veía limpia. Estaba bien ubicado. El personal fue muy amable. Los pasillos estaban muy limpios y en general no había mucho ruido en ellos.

El baño era un poco incómodo. La puerta apenas abría y tenías que hacerte de lado para poder salir.

Tranquilidad y limpieza

Me gusta mucho la ubicación, la limpieza de todo el hotel en general, la comodidad y tranquilidad que se siente y el personal que es muy amable y atento.

Soy una persona que duerme en total oscuridad y las cortinas son de un tono un poco más claro entonces filtra un poco la luz y no podía conciliar el sueño muy fácil. No obstante lo solucioné cambiando mi posición al dormir.
