The location excellent. Breakfast was not included, we did our own. Fine.
We liked the range of facilities in the flat, everything we needed was there.
The beds - the mattresses were minimal and so quite hard. The french windows aren't able to give you any smallish ventilation, they are either open or closed and in windy weather they have to be closed. I do like to sleep with a bit of ventilation. With the very hard mattresses, I didn't get enough sleep.

The property was located a short walk from the beautiful cathedral and the main dining and shopping areas in a quiet and peaceful small city. It is the third floor in an apartment building and consists of two large, comfortable bedrooms, a airy and well lit dining and living area, a small kitchen and a well equipped bathroom. We were greeted when we arrived by Nicola who helps run a small company that manages a number of rental apartments all in that city. He was polite, punctual, and incredibly helpful, including when we were ready to check out and leave. I hesitate at times to rent apartments because of the landlords and restrictive rules or extra charges, but this experience was outstanding if you come to Bayeux, you will not find a better place to stay

Very central to the town.
Two narrow flights of stairs to get to the accommodation. If you were tall, you’d bump your head every time going in and out of the bedrooms. We moved out after one night of our two night stay. Two flights of stairs not detailed on this web site. Misleading.
