Lovely home in Como

We liked the house, the location was very good (near the Duomo), and the separation of the 3 rooms was very well thought. Two bathrooms were very nice as well. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

I didn't like the bed we had in the suite, the mattress and the bed were bent in the middle. However, this was the only negative point I could find.

Great location, but cleanliness and communication could be improved.

The layout and location of the property were perfect for our group of eight.

Having only one set of keys made coordination a bit challenging. As the property has beds for six people, two of us had to sleep on the sofa bed. However, when we arrived, the sofa bed was not made, and we had to prepare it ourselves. In addition, there weren’t enough sheets for the sofa bed. Since there were no cleaners during our stay, we were responsible for taking out the rubbish and sorting the recycling. This was difficult as all the instructions were in Italian, but we did our best to follow them. The cleanliness of the property did not meet our expectations—there was hair in the closets and dust on several surfaces.

Enjoyable stay

Centrally located surrounded by shops, pharmacy, restaurants and a very short stroll to the lake. Apartment is beautiful, spacious & comfortable with all amenities provided.

Bathrooms need refurbishing. Jets in the bathtub doesn’t all work. Bathtubs double as showers so not good for people with mobility problems. There is no lift so you have to lug your suitcases up & down 4 flights of stairs.

Charging extra money for no reason

Great location, well designed property!

1) I have a huge problem with the agency handling the property!! My sister was showering and the glass door fell on her because it was not well fixed. It was the day we were checking out and I complained to the cleaners that came to clean the apartment that day, they apologized and were very polite. This was a huge safety hazard, as she was showering and the bathtub was slippery and I had to go in the bathroom and help her. We didn’t make a fuss about it and we let go. However, on the same day, I receive a text from the agency saying that they've deducted 300 euros from my card without my approval as a 'security damage deposit' till they know the total cost of the damage. The glass door didn't break, it was only matter of a door that is not well fixed in the first place. They seem like they are not maintaining the apartment on constant basis and when something happens, they just charge it on the guest. This issue occurred 12 days ago, and since I've been reaching out on daily basis for a refund, and they are not being helpful. It's such a shame that we put our cards, trusting that they'll have a fair judgement, and this what happens. 2) no blackouts or shutters to block the light

Super céntrico, piso muy grande y comfortable. La única pega es que no tiene ascensor y está arriba de todo. No se puede ir en coche y para aparcar por la zona es bastante complicado. El resto excelente
