Location and size of property were great for us as a group going to the ballroom 🙏 also having the bar room and the enormous dining table were fabulous!
Some things didn’t work so well, the shower in the single room wouldn’t go warm, but hey there are other showers that did work . you couldn’t turn off bathroom light in my room and some rooms didn’t have curtains or the fixings were broken… take eye masks, it’s clean where it should be, and comfortable enough, we were happy, it’s our second time staying so we knew what to expect.

It suited our needs first the weekend and was clean and beds were comfortable
A little dated and shabby with some drafty windows and curtains hanging off in places. The area wasn’t ideal with police flying up the road late in the evening and some very dodgy goings on in the adjoining houses!

The property was big, with en suites in all the bedrooms, plenty of social space, great space for the group 😊 Had a good feel to the place, I’ll happily visit again.
A couple of the showers didn’t work to well, but there were enough to just go in another one, so no big deal. The kitchen could have done with more things, like cheese grater, pans, coffee and tea pots etc but not everyone wants to cook, we were a big group who self catered if we ate out it wouldn’t have even been noticed, so again only a small thing really.
