Ok for one night

The location of the apartment is great, it's quiet at night. Close to the train station. If it weren't for the scaffolding, there would be a nice view from the window. The kitchen is also okay.

In my opinion, a significant downside is that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom that definitely didn't belong to us, including pubic hair. The shower cabin door had traces of shower gel (?). It felt like the floor and stairs hadn't been washed in a long time or were cleaned carelessly. The towels have definitely seen better days. The artificial plants in the bathroom add charm, but they should be cleaned of dust from time to time. The pillowcase was also dirty. The tap in the bathroom sink was falling off. The rest of the things are rather issues that the owner has no influence on, but I'm leaving a comment for informational purposes - it's quite cold in the apartment. There are electric heaters and air conditioning available, and they are indeed useful. Currently, it's not possible to open the windows until 3:00 PM because there is scaffolding on the building opposite, workers are walking on it, and rubble is constantly falling. In the lower part of the apartment, there is a noticeable smell of dampness and cold, so even though it's an area intended for relaxation, we didn't really use it.

Little charming apartement

Nice little, clean apartment. The bed (bigger double) was comfortable. (For me one more pillow would be better). The bathroom was nicely decorated. The apartment is in a small street, close to the center.

Lovely apartment in Spello old town

The apartment was right in the heart of Spello old town. It was furnished and decorated in contemporary style with good WiFi and everything you need for a holiday visit.

Due care needs to be taken on the staircase.

L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i confort possibili che uno può avere lontano da casa. Addirittura le pile di ricambio dei telecomandi. Non mancava niente. La disponibilità del proprietario, la vicinanza al centro storico, è il silenzio del borgo. Se capiterà di tornare, ci fermeremo sicuramente in questo confortevole appartamento. Grazie di tutto al proprietario Lorenzo.

Bel monolocale in centro soppalcato

Casa comoda, nuova, accogliente, ben arredata e ben attrezzata, pronta da vivere nella quotidianitá. La casa é soppalcata ma i soffitti sono molto alti quindi nessun problema, anzi molto piacevole come sistemazione. Posizionata in zona centrale in un luogo silenzioso e suggestivo. Host disponibile ma discreto, ci ha lasciato piena autonomia. Super consigliata

Molto accogliente, mi ha stupito trovare le cialde o le brioches per la colazione o i detergenti in bagno. Posizione centrale, a piedi dal parcheggio per fare prima abbiamo preso una scalinata.
