The accommodations are fabulous -- well appointed, clean, freshly remodeled. And the host was very kind and responsive. Don't let the fact that it doesn't have AC cause you to hesitate -- the apartment is so well insulated (basically built into a hillside) that it stayed very cool even on the 100+ degree days.
