Great house in the beautiful area
Spacious house, enough space to accommodate a group of friends. Well equipped kitchen. Magnificent view on Umbrian valley. Very well located just a few steps from the heart of the historical center of Spello, but in the quiet area. For those who are interested in trekking around Monte Subasio it is a perfect starting location. The host Antonella is very helpful, attentive and reliable. She was also happy to recommend places in the area. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Magical Spello
The apartment was large and charmingly furnished in keeping with the style and age of the building. Completely private, wonderful aspects of local countryside, very comfortable. Great location…close to Centro but very quiet.
Just a couple of minor things missing…a couple of wine glasses, mugs, and a clothes airer would have been perfect.

Like having your own home in gorgeous Spello
Staying in the pretty streets of Spello is a really special experience. The location, view and home comforts with a sitting room and kitchen to cook in made for a really enjoyable few days in this gorgeous place. Free parking a short walk from the accommodation is also very convenient.
Some extra kitchen items would be great as we love to cook. The second bedroom is small with a small bed, may not suit all adults.

Essere a Spello alloggiando in questa casa "viva" è stato come farsi una coccola
La casa è molto accogliente, viva, perché arredata come una seconda casa, non come un appartamento da affittare e basta. Il soggiorno ci è piaciuto particolarmente: ampio, con le travi a vista, il camino, un grande divano e poltrone comodissimi, un gran tavolo da pranzo dove si potrebbero fare delle cene con gli amici, e dalla finestra un panorama meraviglioso, e il sole al mattino che inonda la stanza. Le dimensioni della casa sono più che adatte a una famiglia di 4 persone come la nostra: accanto al soggiorno c'è la cucina, che non abbiamo utilizzato ma che ci è sembrata fornita di tutto il necessario; la prima camera è grande, con un comodo letto matrimoniale; la seconda è un po' piccola, con un letto che, per dimensioni, potrebbe essere alla francese, quindi un po' più stretto di un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è finestrato, con doccia. La casa si trova dentro le mura del centro storico, in una posizione comoda sia al parcheggio - che la padrona di casa ci ha spiegato molto bene come raggiungere mandandoci un video - sia alla piazza centrale di Spello.

Arrivati a Spello a piedi dopo una tappa di 30km del Cammino di Francesco abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere Antonella che ci ha aperto le porte del fantastico appartamento prenotato per l'occasione. Con simpatia e semplicità ci ha dato le giuste informazioni su come muoverci a Spello e, vista la posizione strategica dentro le mura, abbiamo apprezzato ancora di più la scelta di questa struttura. Cucina ben fornita di tutto il necessario per poter farsi da mangiare, sala da pranzo e salotto molto belli come dalle foto, bagno pulito e comodo in tutto e camere con una vista spettacolare. A 5 minuti dal centro e da tutti i servizi possiamo solo confermare e consigliare la casa di MonAmì!! Grazie!!

Vista spettacolare sulle colline umbre. Padrona di casa ospitale e disponibile. Un rifugio fresco in uno splendido borgo fiorito. Siamo stati davvero bene.
