Comfortable apartment in Spello
Un Balcone su Spello was a very nice and spacious apartment. The host was responsive and kind. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. The apartment is very close to the old town, making it easy for sight-seeing. Also close to the trail for hikers on the Way of St. Francis. Very comfortable home!

Apartment within walking distance to Spello
Very close to the centre of Spello. Parking on approach to the property, outside the gate. Wifi was good. Smart TV for all the regular providers. Selection of books. Good view of Spello from the balcony. The Mosaic Museum was just across the road.
The bathroom was cramped and needs renovation. Brown water stains in bidet and bath. Large bath overpowering the room with shower attachment over. No shower curtain. Ominous stain in bath around plug hole. The dining table was on wheels and kept moving around, and was very unstable. Kitchen needs renovation - one cupboard contained personal Christmas items; a better selection of pans and cooking utensils; no bottle opener/corkscrew, and no glassware selection; kitchen tap needs repair, it was constantly dripping into a jug left in the sink; six waste bins in the kitchen, all colour-coded, but with no identification for recycling contents.

Ottima la posizione, bellissima la vista dal balcone. Bello e comodo il salotto. Ben attrezzata la cucina. Forno e freezer non sono scontati.
Il bagno molto scomodo. La vasca aveva le tende in plastica al posto delle mampare. I proprietari molto gentili, e fortuna che erano in casa perché la agenzia non ha mai risposto al messaggio per la consegna del chiavi.

Positiva la posizione, da migliorare la logistica dei servizi igienici.
La posizione era piuttosto soddisfacente. Il riscaldamento funziona abbastanza bene.
Il ritiro chiavi un po' problematico perché i gestori avevano confuso la mia prenotazione con altri locali per cui ho atteso 20 minuti prima che mi si dicesse che le chiavi erano a disposizione sul posto nell'alloggiamento chiuso con combinazione. Il bagno è completamente inagibile con spazi angusti e limitati per cui non si riesce ad usare i singoli servizi wc, bidet e lavabo senza urtare e con rischio di farsi male. L'impianto idraulico è difettoso i singoli rubinetti perdono acqua in continuità. Lo scarico del lavabo del bagno è otturato, il rubinetto del lavello in cucina ha una perdita continua. I sanitari sono abbastanza vecchi e deteriorati.

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso. All'esterno la terrazza offre una stupenda veduta su Spello!
Bagno retrò che varrebbe la pena di essere ammodernato.

La mia esperienza...
A due passi dal centro... Posto davvero molto carino, Spello meravigliosa località...casa davvero molto accogliente...La proprietaria molto simpatica e disponibile..
L'unica cosa da rivedere a mio avviso è solo il bagno.... Non può non esserci il box doccia, o perlomeno una tenda per non allagare tutto....Peccato...
