Convenient location for exploring Umbria
Letzia and Mara were the kindest hosts ever! I was traveling solo and had a heavy suitcase and they went out of their way to meet me and help me. The stay was wonderful and clean. The value for this place is great. It’s a 3 bedroom and huge. The location is amazing because it’s only 7 minutes from the train station and a 3 minute walk to the town. From the train you can easily get to Perugia and assisi with no need for a car. Although they do have parking available. There’s a beautiful view at sunset of an olive vineyard out the window. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

Close to the town centre, clean and comfortable. The owners were helpful amd went out of their way to make me feel at home for the two weeks I was there. I would highly recommend this place to stay! I will certainly return on my next visit to Umbria.

Cordialità, pulizia e vicinanza col centro di Spello
Gestori cordialissimi, parcheggio gratuito dentro il cancello dello stabile, casa enorme e ben pulita, macchinetta per il caffè, vicinissima dal centro e silenziosissima di notte.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, il letto era molto rumoroso e si muoveva molto, e i cuscini erano molto bassi. Nulla di catastrofico, è proprio il trovare il pelo nell'uovo

appartement spacieux ,bien agencé et très propre . nous sommes venus en famille, 3 frères, nos chambres étaient de grande taille et surtout la salle de bain .Le top de cette appartement ,c'est l’emplacement à 2 minutes à pied du centre de borgo et de spello. à notre prochain séjour nous réserverons le même appartement.
