The location of the property is right across the street from the principal gate into Spello. There is parking. The beds are great. There is ample air conditioning. The kitchen is relatively large and complete. The apartment in general is a great find and value for Spello. There are no negatives.

Everything was excellent. The place was immaculately organized for our arrival, clean, spotless, and comfortable. I would have loved to stay longer. It will definitely be my return point, especially with the Spello view from the spacious balcony.

Everything, particularly the host.
The apartment is only 7 min from train station. Since the town is small, it is not hard to reach historical center by walking. There are buses on weekday mornings, making transportation even easier.
