An absolute treasure.

The apartment was perfect for us in every way. It is spacious, has everything you could possibly want. The kitchen is well equipped and it was easy to cook and store food and drinks in the large fridge. The balcony is an added bonus for enjoying the view with a glass of wine. The location is perfect with restaurants, bars and a fabulous supermarket in close proximity. The owners kept in touch with us to make fir easy check in.

Clean and tastefully decorated appartment with high ceilings and beautiful view. Quiet and cool bedroom with fresh air. Amazing central location inside old Spello town. Fantastic service by the owner, we were picked up and dropped off at the train station.

Exceptional

Spello is a gem, and Maddalena house is the perfect place to enjoy it. We lived and worked remotely for 2 weeks from the apartment and the internet was strong enough to support 2 laptops with constant Teams meetings. There could be many things to mention about the stays but will only highlight the balcony view over Umbria, the downstairs restaurants, the surroundings but, most important I would say it was Gervasi, our host, one of the wormest hosts I've met in about 10 years of booking.com and airbnb. He managed to deliver the perfect balance of hospitality without being intrusive and always there to support. My dear fellow traveler who are reading this, I hope you enjoy this place just as much as we did!

A nice apartment in the beautiful town of Spello!

The apartment doesn't include breakfast, but there is a kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Our host, Osvaldo was very gracious and showed us around the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed.

Host extremely kind and flexible to our requests. Superb position downtown, nice parking solution. The chance to have pets in the apartment was super!

Perfect location. Superb hosts.

Hosts were superb - Osvaldo even picked me up from the train station. Perfect location in lower end of city centre (10min walk from train station). Great facilities. Located one floor up from the ground (stairs only).

As with all old buildings in Italy, there is some noise through the walls. The street itself is quiet :)

This was a perfect apartment for exploring Beautiful Spello.

This is a comfortable, airy, clean and cozy apartment in the middle of beautiful Spello. The owners take every measure to insure your stay is perfect. A resident parking paper allows parking near the apartment. The washing machine is a wonderful feature.

right in the heart of the city, very comfortable and super close to all the main places to visit

since it’s an apartment, the neighbors were a bit noisy and their kids were running and hitting toys on the floor early in the morning, which makes it impossible to sleep a little longer.

Spello is one of the most beautiful hilltop towns in Italy, the apartment makes sightseeing an ease.

The location is ideal for exploring the old city of Spello, everything is walking distance away. The owners also provide complimentary parking nearby, so one does not have to lug your bags up the slopes. Very accommodative owners and very helpful.

Well located close to town centre with oppotunity to park nearby. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Host met us in main square and showed us where to park a few hundred metres from apartment.

Excellent apartment in beautiful Spello!

The location of this apartment is excellent and they even provided a free parking space that was not very far from the apartment. This was nice since parking was a premium and hard to find in Spello. Having a washer was very nice also. Kitchen was adequate.

We had some issues with wifi because the buildings walls were very thick concrete.

Posizione centrale con pass X il parcheggio super accessoriata….lavatrice stendino detersivi x la cucina e la lavatrice insomma tutto. I proprietari Gentile e accoglienti ci hanno consigliato ristoranti e attrattive.

Proprietari arroganti presuntuosi e maleducati.

Il bagno grande

Ho prenotato per 5 persone e abbiamo trovato solo 4 letti. Dopo aver aspettato i proprietari per 50 minuti , abbiamo interrotto la loro gita di pasquetta, gli stessi sono stati arroganti e scortesi solo perché abbiamo chiesto il quinto letto. Hanno chiesto dei soldi in più e al nostro rifiuto siamo stati invitati ad andare altrove se non ci stava bene la cosa. Dopo un accesso diverbio e avendo già pagato alla fine abbiamo accettato di dormire in 3 nello stesso letto. Un'esperienza terribile.

Casa accogliente, fornita di tutto quanto necessario. La posizione è eccezionale considerando che in pieno centro storico di Spello. Lo spazio esterno, anche se piccolo, è meraviglioso. Anche se non indicato ci è stato fornito anche il pass auto per poter parcheggiare nelle aree residenti.
