Great 2 bedroom apartment - spotlessly clean.
A big beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, spotlessly clean. We were met by the host (minimal English) who showed us everything in the apartment (up some stairs). We chose Spello as a base for the region but this apartment was walking distance to all Spello had to offer - a beautiful town. The free parking onsite was great. The kitchen had a great gas stove top, medium size fridge and I believe the owner has listened to past comments so it now has a toaster and a kettle and a small moka. No microwave. Both heating and air conditioner worked very well. Great value accommodation with balcony (if weather permits).

Adjacent free carparking excellent as was being located on the flat just across the road from the towns wall. Lovely balcony looking to the town
There are 3 flights of marble stairs up to the apartnent which may be hard if older or with luggage. The bathroom is a little small with an awkward step , not uncommon in an older-style European apartnent

The owner is a really nice person and extremely helpful. In fact, the most helpful host we encountered in Italy. The apartment was also very clean.

Ideal place to stay in Spello
Really wonderful place from any point of view. Location can’t be better. The apartment is really cute, all is very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony costs every cent to pay! Walter is very helpful. If - 🙏🙏🙏 - we ever return to Spello. No doubt - we’ll take this apartment again.

Large apartment, close to town. Walk into spello. Yummy restraint next door. Nice patisserie / coffee shops on the other side.
No washing machine. No clothes hoist. Basic utensils - need a sharp knife. No toaster. The area around Spello is very busy and getting very touristy…

Il migliore dei soggiorni possibili a Spello
Questa casa e' un gioiellino. Per cominciare e' posizionata nel punto migliore per visitare Spello senza avere l'assillo di dove parcheggiare. E poi la casa e' veramente accogliente. Mi e' piaciuto l'arredo vintage e soprattutto la credenzina in cucina, stupenda! C'e' molta attenzione al dettaglio e il proprietario ti mette nelle condizioni di avere il miglior soggiorno possibile : c'e' ogni genere di stoviglia, utensili, persino tostapane e bollitore. I letti sono molto comodi e dato il meraviglioso silenzio si dorme proprio bene. La pulizia e' scrupolosissima e persino il forno luccicava. Dal balconcino la vista su Spello e' impagabile, e anche un po' magica. Mi e' dispiaciuto stare solo due giorni. Il padrone di casa una persona davvero squisita, molto simpatico, genuino e accogliente. Raccomando senz'altro questa struttura e se potessi dare anche la lode lo farei. Andateci perche' Spello e i dintorni sono meravigliosi. Io non vedo l'ora di tornare.
