Excellent apartment in a beautiful town!

Monica was so friendly and helpful, and had left some very useful maps of nearby towns. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, could easily be shared between 4 people.

The location means walking on country roads with no footpaths, or relying on bicycles/cars. Not an issue for me but some travellers might not align with that.

Excellent house, excellent host & great location

The house is extremely clean, well furnished & really looked after. Perfect location few minutes driving to Spello, and short distance to main villages in the area. Monica the host is a great host, very friendly and welcoming.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable property close to Spello town center and shops. The hosts are super friendly, welcoming and very responsive to requests. I did forget some personal items and the host helped with shipping the items back to me. I loved the retro touches throughout the property.

Location is right outside Spello - possible to reach by foot but not a charming walk - the property is located in the middle of a rather uncharming residential area. Just a few minutes by car with ample parking.

Hospitality at its best!

amazing host, worth the stay here. Never met such an amazing host, she came to pick us up at the station as we had no car, she even offered to drive us back at our departure. She gave us small gifts and really made sure we were always comfortable and could enjoy our stay. Super clean and well equipped apartment in a very quiet area, mosquito nets were really appreciated so that we could keep the windows open and enjoy some fresh air in the night, in any case each room has AC, so one way or the other you will not suffer during a warm summer like this year! For visitors without a car like us: ask the host the number of the taxi driver, he saved our stay in Umbria and drove us around the region at a very fair price, in the end we found this solution was better than renting a car!

Nothing bad, just some detailed info on the apartment location. The apartment is not within the walls of Spello so one needs a 10/15 minutes walk to reach the main attractions and services. Although, there is a little supermarket just 200 m away where one can find everything. The street from the apartment to Spello centre is quiet so we could walk also during the night without fear of the cars and there is a pedestrian pathway most of the way.

Capodanno a Spello

Appartamento accogliente, spazioso e pulito. A pochi minuti di macchina dal centro storico di Spello. Letti e cuscini comodissimi. Comodo il parcheggio sotto casa gratuito, vista la posizione molto silenzioso. Monica, gentilissima e premurosa. Ci ha coccolato riempendo la dispensa di cose dolci per la colazione e salate per l'aperitivo e il brindisi di mezzanotte. Erano a disposizione degli ospiti giochi di società e in bagno spazzolini usa e getta, dischetti struccanti e set da bagno. Insomma quasi un hotel a 4 stelle. Grazie Monica.

Fantastico weekend in famiglia

La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Monica sono la ciliegina sulla torta di un alloggio curato nei minimi dettagli. L'alloggio è veramente molto carino, con tutto l'occorrente per passare qualche giorno in questa magnifica Regione. La posizione appena fuori dal centro è molto comoda, con il posto auto riservato sotto casa. Ho alloggiato qui con mia moglie e le mie tre bambine e siamo stati benissimo.

Ideaal centraal gelegen verblijf om een gedeelte van Umbria te verkennen.

De locatie was heel goed, rustig gelegen buiten het historische centrum van Spello ( slechts 1 km ) en dichtbij de uutvalswegen naar de bezienswaardigheden. Goede bedden en Goede voorzieningen in de keuken. Monica was een geweldig goede gastvrouw, ze was snel bereikbaar. In het appartement lagen diverse folders met informatie over de streek .

Casa in posizione strategica a meno di 1km dal centro di Spello, con parcheggio proprio. Pulitissima, dotata di tutto nei minimi dettagli. Come dice Monica, per andare a casa sua bisogna portarsi solo i vestiti. È verissimo. Arredamento vintage, originale e super ricercato. Letto e cuscino stra comodi! Asciugamani super profumati. Tutto sapeva di buono. Grazie Monica, sei una host eccellente! Torneremo senz'altro ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

La struttura è curatissima nei minimi particolari... soggiornare al Palma Gold è stata una esperienza fantastica. Posizione strategica per raggiungere in 2 minuti il centro di Spello, o per imboccare la superstrada di collegamento tra Spello ed Assisi, Foligno, Trevi, ed altre località limitrofe. Ma quello che risalta è la cordialità e disponibilità di Monica e Fabio.

Non c'è nulla che non ci è piaciuto.
