We recommend this appartment for it’s warm hospitality and facilities. Grazie mille Monica and Fabio!

Monica was a wonderful host! She answered our messages immediately and offered to pick us up at the train station. She dropped us off there too. She had milk for our coffee, juice and sweet and savoury treats for our arrival. We were given gifts of a painting of Spello by her son and a perfect 100 ml olive oil for our carry on bags. Monica gave us restaurant recommendations and provided a helpful map especially because the tourist information centre doesn’t seem to exist anymore. She and her husband were there promptly to help with all our needs. They couldn’t have been more gracious.

For those of us without a car, the location was about a 30 minute walk to Spello. Despite being walkers, the roadway feels unsafe because of fast moving traffic and no sidewalks. The benefit of the location was a quiet night’s sleep and you are out of the bustle of Spello.

Casa pulita e ordinata. La padrona di casa è stata super accogliente e ci ha fatto trovare tante cose per la colazione. Gesto molto gradito!!! Consigliato

Un consiglio: mettere un para spifferi sotto la porta d’ingresso per lasciare l ambiente cucina più caldo!

Serntirsi a casa

Per motivo del viaggio lungissimo dalla Germania e tanto traffico in strada Monica doveva aspettarmi fino alle ore 22.30 il giorno dell'arrivo ma non sene lamentava per niente! Nella casa tutto era preparato per me e non mancava nulla. Monica è una ospite favolosa, trovava sempre soluzioni ai miei problemi grandi e piccoli. Mi sono sentito proprio a casa! Grazie mille, Monica - ci tornerei volentieri!

Umbria con la famiglia

Struttura a meno di 5 minuti dal centro storico di Spello,parcheggio comodissimo davanti all’appartamento.Da qui si possono raggiungere con facilità i principali paesi di questa splendida zona dell’Umbria come Assisi,Foligno,Rasiglia,Bevagna e Montefalco.Il valore aggiunto della struttura però è Monica,la proprietaria.Disponibile in tutto e soprattutto ci ha accolto con una serie di attenzioni che mai avevo riscontrato in altre strutture prima.Nell’appartamento era presente qualsiasi cosa sia utile per un soggiorno piacevole ed anche di più.Ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e dove mangiare e devo dire che i consigli sono stati perfetti.Torneremo sicuramente a trovarla.Ultimo,ma non per importanza,la pulizia dell’appartamento.

Het waren heerlijke bedden en echt een top locaties en veel rust.

Beneden bij de keuken was het wat aan de kleine kant voor een gezin maar wij vonden het prima.

Mooie slaapkamers. Schoon. Zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame verhuurder.

Door ziekte wat meer thuis gebleven. De beschikbare stoelen op de slaapkamer zaten niet echt comfortabel.

La gentillesse de notre hôte, la qualité de la literie, la propreté de l'appartement et toutes les petites attention pour rendre le séjour agréable (tout le nécessaire de base en cuisine et dans la salle de bain, plein de petites choses pour le petit déjeuner). L'appartement est facile d'accès et très bien situé pour silloner les villes autour.

L' exiguité du rez-de-chaussée (pièce à vivre) et le ballon d'eau chaude sous-dimensionné.
