Great stay, fabulous host and beautiful town

The apartment was very clean, charming and comfortable. Brigitte was a very friendly and most helpful host. We had a fabulous stay in Spello.

The only shortcoming for some (certainly not us) is that it is a 10-15 minute walk into Spello.

Great value and close to town.

The property had air conditioning that worked wonderfully. The apartment was perfect. Super clean, spacious and fully equipped. An easy 15 min walk into town. Thank you Brigitte!

We couldn’t figure out how to use the oven but we managed to make dinner without it.

Perfect stay. We would definitely come back again.

Great location within walking distance of ancient Spello. The hostess was extremely kind. She waited for us for the check-in. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy and had everything needed even for a longer stay. We were provided with breakfast and cold drinks in the fridge. The apartment has its own parking space, which was very important for us.

Fantastico appartamento, lo raccomando a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Spello e dintorni.

Il mini appartamento e` molto carino ed e` fornito di tutto cio` che occorre per un piacevole soggiorno, incluso un posto auto riservato. E` situato appena fuori Spello ragiungibbile in 5 minuti in automobile. Brigitte e` molto premurosa e ci ha dato buoni consigli per cosa visitare.

Brigitte fantastica, stanza top, posizione ottima

Brigitte accogliente e gentile, ci ha anche regalato dei prodotti tipici e consigliato dei luoghi da visitare! La stanza bellissima per come è arredata e in generale c’era tutto il necessario per stare confortevoli e tranquilli. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima, ai piedi del centro storico di Spello, un borgo veramente delizioso e di facile raggiungimento per altri borghi come Bevagna, Montefalco… in generale una piacevole scoperta!

Hét gondtalan, csodálatos napot töltöttünk ebben a gyönyörűen felújított apartmanban. A szállás minden részletében ízlésesen kialakított, kifogástalanul tiszta, a hangulata pedig meleg, csendes és barátságos. A nyugalom oázisa. Tökéletes választás azok számára, akik pihenésre és szépségre vágynak Olaszország egyik legkedvesebb falujában Spellóban. Mindent imádtunk ebben a házban és minden rendelkezésünkre állt amire csak szükségünk volt. Brigitte a háziasszony figyelmes, segítőkész, és mindig készen állt arra, hogy az itt tartózkodásunkat a lehető legkellemesebbé tegye. Aprólékos odafigyelése valóban egyedülálló. Rengeteg jó tanáccsal látott el minket. Kiváló hely Assisi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Trevi, Montefalco és a környező területek meglátogatásához. A környék nagyon csendes, nyugalmas. A főbb utak könnyen elérhető autóval. Saját ingyenes parkoló áll rendelkezésre a bejárattól néhány lépésre. Spello gyalog is csak 10-15 percre van a háztól. Bizalommal állíthatom, hogy ez az egyik legjobb hely, ahol valaha megszálltunk. NAGYON AJÁNLOTT!!! Laura és János (Magyarország)

Très agréable

Super accueil de Brigitte avec pleins de petites attentions (huile d'olive, graines de fleurs de sa région...) Elle nous a conseillé de petits villages magnifiques que nous ne connaissions pas. Sa petite maison est cosy. On s'y sent bien accueilli, à l'aise, ça pourrait être chez nous. De tout les b&b que nous avons fait dans notre voyage en Italie, c'est le seul où nous avons pu laver et surtout faire sécher correctement notre linge. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. De passage dans la région, ne pas hésiter

un point négatif? c'est le lit du canapé qui grinçait et qui était fin mais c'était pas trop gênant. Après tout, c'est un lit d'appoint, pas le vrai lit. Et pour un enfant, ça va très bien.

Bardzo ładne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Umbrii. Wnętrze klimatyczne, z antykami, obrazami. Wszędzie czysto. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. W pomieszczeniach zainstalowana klimatyzacja. Właścicielka Brygitte miła i troskliwa. A pobliskie Spello to urocze miasteczko pełne kwiatów.

Una piccola oasi di pace

Un soggiorno indimenticabile nel cuore dell’Umbria Ho trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi a Spello in una vecchia stalla splendidamente trasformata in abitazione. L’ambiente è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa: ogni dettaglio era curato con gusto e attenzione, la pulizia impeccabile e l’atmosfera calda e accogliente. La ristrutturazione ha mantenuto il fascino rustico originale, integrandolo con tutti i comfort moderni. Il risultato è un perfetto equilibrio tra autenticità e comodità. Lo staff è stato di altissimo livello: presenti, disponibili e sempre pronti a rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, senza mai essere invadenti. Una piccola oasi di pace, perfetta per chi cerca relax e bellezza in uno dei borghi più affascinanti d’Italia. Ci tornerei senza esitazione!

Appartamento accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Abbiano apprezzato il dono di benvenuto, il "libro dei suggerimenti", le caramelle e tutte le piccole attenzioni ma, soprattutto, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Brigitte, la proprietaria, una persona speciale!

Il centro è raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti, a piedi è una bella camminata !

Casa attrezzatissima, accessori completi sia per cucina che letto e bagno.Parcheggio privato a 2 m dalla casa . Zona tranquillissima,accesso facile alle principali vie di comunicazione.Portoncino e fronte strada caratteristici e pieni di fiori,fiori freschi in casa,olio di oliva,lenticchie,acqua minerale,biscotti per colazione,latte,cialde per caffe',sale,zucchero,detersivi di tutti i tipi,fazzoletti veline ,stendino,scaldino rapido,aria condizionata,televisore smart ultimo tipo.E' difficile dire cosa manca.Siamo stati in 3 benissimo,consigliatissimo.Siamo viaggiatori abituali in residence : Dante's House è tra i primi.

Incantevole

Ci è piaciuto tutto di questa casa, molto pulita, accogliente, intima... La sig.ra Brigitte è stata gentilissima. Ci ha fornito di ogni cosa, dalla biancheria alla colazione ai detersivi e saponi.... Olio sale pepe zucchero caffè.... Insomma non mancava proprio nulla! Non abbiamo mai trovato un alloggio così completo e pulito

Appartamento arredato davvero bene e con tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, anche per dare consigli su cosa fare. Posizione fantastica, vicinissimo al centro di Spello.

Ottimo punto strategico per visitare l'Umbria

Una piacevole esperienza, la proprietaria - Brigitte - si è dimostrata accogliente, disponibile e sempre discreta. L'abitazione è caratteristica, molto confortevole e super pulita e in una zona molto tranquilla.

Unico piccolo neo, macchina indispensabile per muoversi. La parte storica di Spello è molto vicina ma preferibile utilizzare un mezzo in quanto c'è l'attraversamento di uno svincolo della superstrada da effettuare.

Appartamento confortevole, arredato con gusto, anche nei dettagli. La proprietaria di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha aspettato per il check in fino le 19:00, nonostante fossimo in ritardo a causa del traffico incontrato durante il viaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato il piccolo dono dei prodotti locali che ci ha offerto e anche il fatto di aver trovato una bottiglia d'acqua e alcuni succhi nel frigo. Per la colazione c'è la macchinetta del caffè, comprese le cialde e lo zucchero, in più alcuni yoghurt, confetture e fette biscottate a disposizione, oltre ad altri piccoli snack. La cucina è provvista di tutto il necessario, così come la biancheria da letto e da bagno. Ci sono tutti i prodotti anche per la pulizia personale e della casa. I letti sono comodi, i cuscini idem, e, per l'inverno, un bel piumino caldo. Praticissimo anche il posto auto gratuito adiacente nel piccolo cortile della casa. L'appartamento si trova a un paio di minuti di auto dal centro di Spello. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie di tutto.
