no heat or wi-fi. no one was ever in office across the street and the owner spoke no English.
the property was nice but without heat and wi-fi on cold nights it sucked.

Incantevole, da tornarci.
Tutto è stato impeccabile e ci torneremmo sicuramente. Appartamentino piccolo, ma confortevole con una vista spettacolare sulle colline. Il gestore (e la sua signora) è molto cordiale e ci ha fornito vari suggerimenti anche per una visita che abbiamo fatto a Perugia.
Piccolissime migliorie che si potrebbero fare: - La colazione non è in loco, ma in un bar a 200 m dall'appartamento. Però è una colazione buonissima, abbondante e con l'aggiunta della cortesia dei gestori del bar, quindi a noi è andata benissimo. - Nell'appartamento suggerirei qualche mensola e appendino in più soprattutto nella soppalco-notte che non è ampio, ma che comunque serve solo per dormire e dunque va benissimo anch'esso.
