Our visit felt like we were staying with family!

The location was perfect as restaurants and shops were very close. Sig.ra Nori was very welcoming and had the apartment fully stocked. It felt like we were staying with a relative. It was an extremely pleasant part of our trip.

The property is well placed and extremely well provisioned by a lovely generous host.

The host Nori was unbelievably generous, she was kind enough to pick us up from the station and drop us back on our departure. The location is perfect and Spello is absolutely breathtaking. Is is a good base also for visiting surrounding towns like Assisi. I would love to return to Spello and would definitely book again. Our lovely host provided many extras such as fresh fruit and local snacks.

Fantastic location, warm and friendly welcome by the owner as well as the general climate of the home It was like visiting your Italian aunt Place was spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen and extra cozy blankets

A beautiful holiday apartment.

Nori was extremely helpful. The apartment has everything you need, in fact more than I expected. Nori couldn't do enough for us. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

It's a personal thing but my husband struggled with the stairs. It would be great to be able to sit outside in the fresh air and not have to go to a bar. For us the parking was a bit far away.

Excellent stay.

We had amazing stay at Casa Flora. The house is located near the gate to the town and very close to the train station. The cleanliness was of highest standard and all rooms were nicely decorated. Nori is a wonderful host, she takes care of every little detail like leaving the pastries for breakfast or getting us the umbrella when it was raining outside. Even language barrier was not the problem, as Nori made sure we understood all instructions by translating them into English.

Simply the best!

This is an amazing property loved by its owner - Nori. Nori and Caroline who assisted with check in / key handover were so very nice and kind. The property is well located and appointed, and you simply cannot go wrong staying here. The town of Spello is adorable, plenty of food options and close to so many other amazing little places to see. We could have stayed forever!

The best place to stay in Italy.

In short, I liked everything. The owner Nori is a fantastic woman. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and took care of us as if we were her own family. The home is clean, inviting, and comfortable. Everything you need is at the home. The location is perfect and you get to experience life in Spello.

Spello is a treasure and Casa Flora is a terrific place to exlore from

Fabulous location, very comfortable bed, every convenience we needed was provided. Bright, airy kitchen and nice large bathroom. Easy and beautiful walks just around the corner to great restaurants and lovely sights. Nori is a wonderful landlady.

Both Casa Flora and Spello were amazing and I will definately be back to stay at Casa Flora.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the medieval town, yet in a peaceful location within a charming courtyard. A 7-minute walk from the train station (and the next stop is Assisi!) , and a 10 minute stroll from a really useful supermarket. It is a superb base for Hikers, with Monte Subasio a walk away (and the host can provide the hiking maps!). The property was just as perfect as the location. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, very quiet and tastefully decorated and furnished. The host (Nori) goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. There is so much to love about this property!

Excellent hostess in Spello

Nori was an excellent hostess. She met us at the railway station on arrival accompanied by a young interpreter and drove us to the apartment. A good selection of food was provided for breakfast. Nori also very generously kept us supplied with local products and on the day of departure drove us to the railway station.

Perfect holiday home for a base for Umbria

Location was perfect: at the very bottom of Spello, just inside the city walls, with free parking only three or four minutes away. This meant it was a short, easy walk to and from the car each day, with a beautiful walk into the Spello old town only as required. The home was very big and had all the facilities expected and more. It was very clean and comfortable. The host, Nori, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and as we spoke Italian it was easy to communicate. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with basics: oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc. and a generous range of breakfast products were provided for our stay.

Very difficult to find anything to comment on. It was possibly the best holiday home I have ever stayed in!

I’m deeply impressed by the thoughfulness of Nori - her warm welcome and detailed introduction ensure her guest a comfortable stay. Food for breakfast was just bountiful, and the place extremely clean and safe. Not to mention it’s close to train station. I highly recommend staying at Casa Flori if you plan a visit to Spello.

Fantastyczny

Uroczy domek w murach starego Spello. Piekne, zadbane wejście. Wewnątrz absolutnie wszystko czego potrzeba na wakacyjny wyjazd. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. W lodowce zapasy na początek. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Ale przede wszystkim przesympatyczna właścicielka. Nori to najlepsza gospodyni jaką do tej pory spotkaliśmy. Dziękujemy PS. Darmowy parking znajduje się około 200 m od domu. Trzeba tylko pamiętać aby parkować w rzędzie od ulicy. Przeciwny rząd jest już płatny.

Soggiorno a Spello

Il borgo di Spello è bellissimo e con un' ottima posizione per visitare i borghi vicini come Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto ecc. Nell' appartamento non manca nulla, è tranquillo e pulitissimo! È in centro storico, comodo a tutti i servizi del paese. Si lascia l' auto in uno dei parcheggi gratuiti a poca distanza dall' alloggio e con due passi si arriva. La signora dell' agenzia che gestisce le affittanze ci ha ricevuto ed è stata sempre disponibile e gentile. Super consigliato per tutto.

Toplocatie om Umbrië te verkennen.

Prachtige locatie midden in het middeleeuwse centrum van een prachtig stadje. Zeer rustig en mooi ruim huis met goede voorzieningen. Mevrouw Morosini was zeer attent en behulpzaam, en haar assistente hielp daar zeer goed bij. Veel mooie bezienswaardigheden en wandelingen in de omgeving.
