Keywords: Lovely and quite 42 square meters studio in a medieval townhouse situated in the historical center of Spello, only 1 minute walk from the main square "Piazza della Repubblica". The large terrace, 50 square meters, has east facing views of the countryside with valley, hills and montains. Very equiped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffe machine, toaster, etc. Antique fornitures, queen-size bed, additional bed, air conditioned, safety-deposit box, TV, radio. Bathroom with shower.
