I would totally come back to La Gaite. It’s cozy and very well equipped. We lived the street full of theaters and cafes

They are dishonest, major black mold problem

Nadiia, the girl he met us was great. Location is good.

The entire apartment smells like black mold. Need to keep all windows open. I had to seal along the baseboards with tape to keep the mold smell from coming in from the attic. The company also charged me an extra 100 Euros on my credit card saying I took linens from their locked cabinet (locked with a padlock according to them, see email, so how did I get inside?). In reality I took linens from under the attic bed because there were no linens provided for the bed downstairs. They also claim that the apartment was very dirty when I left and that I broke a statue. They also claim that we left all of the towels black. All lies.

The 14th is a Great Place to Stay!

We loved this property! The interior was comfortable, open, clean, well decorated and well maintained. We felt like we were locals, felt like we were home and enjoyed the surroundings community immensely. All of us have stayed in Paris numerous times, within many of the Arrondissements (but never in the 14th) it was well worth the stay. Restaurants, cafe's, theatres, markets and local bodegas were easily accessed, relatively inexpensive and filled with great staff. This will be in our toolbox as a go to for future stays.

Welcoming home base close to transit and restaurants.

Location was central and close to awesome restaurants. Lively area and we were surprised that when we closed window we discovered that the apartment was so quiet. Great that we were so close to two different metro stations which gave us lots of flexibility as to which line to use when traveling to sites. The apartment served as a wonderful sanctuary after a busy day in the city. We were often looking forward to returning to the apartment which felt like a comfortable home😀 Also a really nice surprise: market days Wednesday and Saturday just one block away made this location special!

Next guests might appreciate some tea mugs and a bottle opener. (Hint!)

8 jours de cohabitations avec des souris sans que l'agence ne bouge le petit doigt. Cette agence B Your Home n'en a rien à secouer et n'hésitera pas, en plus, à prélever sur votre caution. Service client --> 0. Reservoir cafetiere cassé, vaisselle sale, poussière partout... Douche où vous êtes obligé d'être accroupi. Bref, ne vous faites pas avoir, car dans tous les cas, vous aurez tord. Fuyez...fuyez !

Nulla, salvo la posizione in città, che però non è merito della società che affitta.

La peggiore esperienza di alloggio di tutta la mia vita. Avevo prenotato e pagato per sei giorni. Dopo un giorno ho dovuto lasciare l'appartamento perché invivibile e mi sono trasferito altrove. Ho perso tutto quello che avevo pagato, ma almeno non ho perso la vita. Nessuna sicurezza nell'appartamento. Impianto elettrico non a norma e a rischio incendio (vedi foto). Scala di legno che porta al loft per dormire instabile e non a norma (vedi foto). Distanza tra scala e soffitto talmente bassa che per salire bisogna strisciare sulla scala stessa. Spazio tra materasso e soffitto praticamente nullo, impossibile dormire (vedi foto). Lenzuola apparentemente lavate, ma macchiate e consumate. Vasca da bagno sporca; il soffitto sopra la vasca è talmente basso che bisogna entrare piegati a metà. Wc con resti di escrementi non puliti adeguatamente. Appartamento complessivamente sporco, con odore di muffa. Tavolo del soggiorno unto, sporco e rovinato. La signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi l'ho dovuta pagare in contanti e non ha rilasciato alcuna ricevuta. Perché pagamento in contanti e senza ricevuta?

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie befindet sich in einem älteren Haus in einer belebten Strasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Metro und Bus in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Angaben, alles ist jedoch etwas abgenutzt. Die Wohnung hat dadurch aber auch einen gewissen Charm. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und die Wohnung sauber. Zigarettenqualm durch die Wand oder Boden der Wohnung nebenan. Einrichtung/Immobilie etwas abgenutzt, das Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt so nicht Ganz

Soggiorno piacevole

L'appartamento è molto carino e in una zona comodissima per raggiungere la metro e i luoghi di interesse. Inoltre si respira un'atmosfera molto parigina in questo appartamento.

Il bagno è collocato sul soppalco raggiungibile con una scala poco sicura e ripida. Non ideale se si hanno bambini piccoli. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore.
