Well placed, nice quartier next to the hill

we had an amazing time here, so comfy and a lovely apartment.

everything was easy to find and there was lots of storage and seating areas. when you open the shutters on the balcony, they let in lots of light which is really nice as well as a small view of the sunset. the tv and aircon were easy to use which was amazing

once you turn off the switch for the hot water heater, it took about a day to heat back up

Stylish and comfortable

Davor was a wonderfull landlord. He was waiting for us in front of the building and told us everthing what was necessary. The apartment was clean and we could find everything we needed. The apartment was furnished perfectly. All the equipment were top-brand. We felt that the apartment was not only equipped to meet people's demands but also it was made stylish. Thanks Davor for everything.

Please bear it in mind there is no lift in the building. I had to carry all the luggage to the third floor. That was a little hard for me.

AMAZING!!

the most gorgeous apartment fitted with everything you could possibly need and more! 10 minute walk into Split town and right next to a super market. the balcony is also stunning with such pretty sunsets. they were so accomodating with us bringing our bags early and super lovely to communicate with, would love to stay again next time I’m in split!

Schade, dass der Vermieter nicht einsichtig war.

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet.

In der scheinbar voll ausgestatteten Küche gab es keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen. Bei Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter teilte er mir mit, dass die Kaffeemaschine defekt war und er sie entsorgt hätte. Dafür bot er uns eine Packung Instantkaffee an. Ich schrieb ihm daraufhin, dass wir diesen nicht mögen und eine Kaffeemaschine oder Padmaschine wohl Standard in einer Küche wären. Ein normaler Filter würde uns auch reichen. Er antwortete nur, die Geschmäcker wären unterschiedlich und er könnte nicht jedem gerecht werden. Am nächsten Morgen, funktionierte der Fön und das Bügeleisen nicht. Das sind Grundausstattungen eines hochpreisigen Apartment. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer großen Wohnanlage. Es war Glücksache auf dem gegenüberliegenden öffentlichen Parkplatz parken zu können.
