The pool and hotub were really unique and nice. The view of Hanalei Bay was nice

The room is very far from parking lot about 10 minute walk. The resort will arrange a golf cart ride but the drivers are crabby and actually asked for tips even though they took 15 minutes to respond to our call for a ride. The room was too far from all amenities like pool, lobby, PKG lot, beach - all these are 10 minutes to walk. Only good rooms would be in building 1 2 or 3. The studio room was not what we expected, not set up to make any meals, there is no kitchen, only a refrigerator. The room has a connecting door and you can here all conversations of other room, no sound proofing at all. No privacy.

Waited for long time to get key. when reach the room (passed check in time), cleaning was still going on, and had to wait. one of cabinet drawers was broken. one chair leg was broken. one bed side lamp did not work. From room to parking lot need to walk long distance (going up or down hills), or you have to call a cart with tips of course.

Lovely spot and a fantastic view, with a couple nickel and dimes here and there.

The property was unbelievably clean. There was no trash anywhere. I saw one of the custodians inspecting all the chairs at the pool for any stains or bird poop and they cleaned off tiny stains I could barely see. Their attention to detail is incredible. Beautiful property. There is a lot of walking required going up and down hills, but if you are not able to do that (or don't want to) they have golf carts that you can call and they will pick you up within minutes (just remember to tip).

The "complimentary valet service" with a suggested tip of $5-20 was a joke, especially when parking is right next to the lobby. Needless to say we didn't use it. If you say "complimentary" you shouldn't have a rather large sign asking for tips. Although, a lot of the clientele of this property probably don't care if they spend $20 on a valet services... Also, the resort charges a check in fee ($50), a daily resort fee ($22/day), and a daily parking fee ($17/day) that are not listed on booking.com. Vacasa, the other 3rd party involved in the transaction, did not have the correct fees listed (after booking), but they did refund the difference in price.

Great location, extremely clean, and quick response time from the property managers.

This location had a large garage with plenty of beach equipment for us to use.

The TV and remote controls were slow when we wanted to watch a movie.
