Liked the resort, room 7301 is very sparse and cheap with everything and needs to be fixed up
The resort and location were good . The grounds were lovely. The workers and service from the resort staff were great! The room was clean. The rides to the beach were great!
The room 7301 is too bare minimum, like Motel 6. After asking Vasca, they wouldn't even give me enough towels and toilet paper for two people for a week. The mini fridge was leaking and not working right. I called to tell them but they wanted me to handle the situation , take pictures , and waste my time troubleshooting it for them. They should have just sent the repair person to fix the refrigerator. The rugs had some stains and the bath mat needs replacing. The decorative pillows were not nice, did not fit in with island style, and should just be removed. There were many cockroaches in the room continually . However they did bring me roach traps when I asked. Way to many emails from Vasca, very annoying. The same email over and over again for months. It would be nice if they served drinks and had some music pool side. They need to fix the hot tub. Some free Hawiian cultural activities would be nice. The resort fees were exorbitant $22.00 per day, plus $17.50 to park your car per day, plus $50 check in fee. The $22.00 resort fee should include parking . I feel we were just being gouged because of the location.

This room is was nicely decorated and had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.

No breakfast offered! Restaurant closed on Wednesday Pool bar was not open Pool was cold In the room, I would have preferred a small kitchenette area where we didn’t have to make our coffee in the bathroom.
