Welcome to Hanalei Bay Resort unit 4324, a bright and beautiful top floor unit with sweeping views of Hanalei Bay and the surrounding Bali Hai Mountains. This lovely studio unit has 1 King size bed and bathroom with a shower to come home to after a day of exploring! Relax and take in the breathtaking sunsets on your spacious lanai overlooking Hanalei Bay. While there is not a kitchen in this unit, there is a mini fridge and a coffee maker for your convenience. Hanalei Bay Resort has many excellent amenities available to guests staying here and is one of the many reasons guests keep coming back! Explore the free-form lagoon pool overlooking Hanalei Bay and surrounded by waterfalls, lush tropical gardens, and a spa tucked away in a grotto carved from volcanic rock. Walk down the path toward the bay, and you'll find a second, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Loved the stay! Clean, awesome view, access to the resort was great and plenty of parking. The cart attendants helped with loading and unloading luggage and will even give you a ride from the beach. The lush tropical landscaping and tiki lamps make the walks around so pretty. Location is excellent with beach access and nice walking closeby. Also, 1 hotel is walking distance if you want to grab a drink of have dinner there. Thank you! Will come back

When we first arrived and looked at the map of the property, we were immediately overwhelmed, don’t be. The resort is not as spread out as the map reads and actually easy to get around. They also have golf carts to get you wherever you need to go on property. The lagoon pool is great, we never went to the lower pool but it looked nice. The grounds are beautifully kept and check in was a breeze. My husband and I LOVED the restaurant, Happy Talk, on property. After a long day out, it was great to “stay in.” We would grab a seat at the bar and eat dinner. The pizza place, also on property was also fantastic. You can eat in or carry out. A lot of people would bring their pizza to the pool, which is a great option. I do feel that off of property there are not a lot of sit down restaurants with a waitress, something we enjoy. The only other thing that was disappointing, the beach. The walk there was great, downhill. The walk back, just call for a golf cart, it is a heck of a climb. You also “share” a beach that you feel a bit intrusive when enjoying. The remainder of the beach is not the best. Overall, our time was good at HBR.

Thoroughly enjoyed Kauai. Our studio was very nice however no way to wash dishes that were provided. That was our fault. Would absolutely stay at Hanalei Bat again but would get a room with A kitchenette. Also no maid service so had to wash our towels But that’s nitpicking.

The resort (in my opinion) does not sell itself good enough on the website. It is beautiful, but it’s even more amazing in person. 10/10. Clean, comfy bed. Patio with gorgeous views. We slept with the screen across the patio each night to fall asleep to the distant waves crashing. Location is excellent. 10 min drive to Hanalei with lots of good restaurants and shops (try Hanalei Bread co for breakfast, AMA ramen for stunning dinner location and bar acids for excellent food!) 5 mins to close by shopping centre with other excellent restaurants (try B’s kitchen)

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hanalei Bay Resort studio. We felt very safe and comfortable. The room had all the basic amenities we needed( fridge, microwave, coffee, silverware). The best part was waking up to the breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay. Thank you to the wonderful hosts that checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Mahalo!

The unit was perfect for us. No kitchen, it’s like a hotel room with a small refridgerator, coffee pot and microwave but that is all we needed. The room was very nice, clean and our favorite part was the view of Hanalei Bay off the lanai. The resort is very nice, great pool and good restaurant but it’s only open for dinner. Not really any places to walk to for food but short drive to Hanalei or Princeville. We also loved the short walk to the beach and saw several turtles while snorkeling. Loved everything and can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed a lovely 4 days here to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The resort is beautiful and everyone so helpful and friendly. The room is clean and very comfortable with an amazing view! We appreciated the beach chairs available and the mini fridge. The hosts checked in regularly via email and there are many amenities available as a resort guest, like the amazing pool! Close to everything on the North side too. Mahalo!

My husband and I loved the condo! It was perfect for us. The view, the mini fridge and the microwave gave us everything we needed! The two pools in the complex were great! The staff was friendly. All in all, we had a wonderful 5 nights!

Connecting door to unit next door has no sound proofing, there was a party going on and it sounded like it was happening in our unit. A 2nd door should be installed to prevent noises being heard between both units.

This property is fantastic. Beautiful pool, tennis, and sweet guys in golf carts that shuttle you around if needed. The property is on a big slope with breathtaking ocean views. It is our second time here. There is a paved walk to the uncrowded beach shared with a very fancy hotel. Great drinks and food here and the golf cart will take you both ways, if you choose. This unit has beautiful views and is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. No kitchen but a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave with a Welcome supply of coffee and a bottle of Rosé. A small supply of cutlery and dishes. You wouldn’t make dinner but perfect for snacks and cereal. Gorgeous bathroom with a huge shower. The bureau was from the 60s and unusable because the drawers are so sticky and old. We gave up and used the ironing board for storage. Beach chairs fins and boogie boards are in the closet. The small lanai is perfect for morning coffee and sunny in the afternoon. The a/c cranks! It cools down the room very quickly. Stop at Foodland as there is only food from 3pm to 9pm at HBR and the entire Island shuts down at 10pm.

This property is very nice and has a stunning view of Hanalei Bay. We truly enjoyed our visit. Property management took care of our luggage, which helped since the room is up two flights of stairs. A locked door connects the room to the apartment next to it. The noise travels somewhat over, which didn't bother us but may bother others. It's Hawaii - we didn't spend much time indoors at all. We would definitely rent this place again!

We loved the resort and all the friendly people who helped us check in and throughout our stay. The grounds are really picturesque and the on-location restaurant has great drinks and food. The area of princeville is a great place to stay in Kauai and we enjoyed it so much we want to go back!

Condo was exactly as billed. Hanalei Bay is actual paradise. Highly recommend staying here. Only things that were a little unexpected was the pool bar being closed since COVID and the jacuzzi being out of order and in no way appeared to be being fixed! Not a big deal in the big scheme of things, but just something to know about the resort as a whole!

Overall, the place was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. But there were a few things that disappointed us, including the spa being broken during our entire stay. We had a beautiful view from our balcony, but the two lounge chairs were broken. Also, there were a number of additional fees that we had to pay upon check in that we didn’t expect. The tennis program was excellent…Mary and Chris were exceptional.

Would definitely return to this property. It’s cozy, clean and has a nice view of Hanalei Bay. I’m not sure I would recommend this studio to someone who is not fit enough to conquer the stairs and hilly walkways even though I think the resort offers a golf cart shuttle service.

Never have I been to Hawaii and kauai was the best spot to pick. Less people, same amount of fun. After some research, we learned that the north shore was the best spot to be. And after spending a week in kauai I wouldn’t go anywhere other than Hanalei or Princeville. The south and west side of the island have some great spots, but not the best spots to hang and relax by the beach. Other than location of island, this rental was great. Small, with no Kitchenette which was a bummer. However, there was a mini fridge and microwave. The shower and bathroom were a plus. Another, thing I did not anticipate in my budgeting was a $200 resort fee/parking fee. At that time it was not listed on the listing. Overall it was a great say and so much better than paying for a resort!

Great studio that is perfect for a couple. Good central location on the property with awesome view of Hanalei bay. Everything was better than advertised; comfortable bed, A/C, mini fridge / microwave / coffeemaker, and great views from a very nice property. The property itself is in a great location overlooking Hanalei Bay. It is hilly so walking around is a workout. They will shuttle you anywhere you need to go on the property with golf carts, including down to Puu Poa beach which is connected to HBR via a walking path, so utilize the shuttles if needed. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews of this unit so I wanted to be sure and leave one. If you are a party of 1 or 2 looking for a nice place on the north side this is it.

I loved staying in this studio. This studio is in a fantastic location within Hanalei Bay Resort, which is located in the most beautiful spot on the island (in my opinion.) I loved every minute of my stay here. The view is perfect. The chairs on the deck are extremely comfortable. Comfortable bed.

Incredible views of the bay from this nice studio. Owner went out of his way to ensure we had all amenities. The property was clean and even though there is not a dedicated kitchen space, there are a few plates and bowls and microwave so we could make it work for simple meals. Fridge is a nice size mini. Good a/c. The location on the resort is perfect, very central close to pool, laundry, ice, beach walk etc, 10/10! Looking forward to coming back soon. Mahalo!
